Staff was great! Always friendly, kind, and laughing with guests. Rooms were clean other than needing some vacuuming in the corner and edges. Our sink wouldn’t drain but it was minor. My son loved the pool and the playground. Worked great for us. Breakfast didn’t have much options but my son loved the waffle maker and there is a kwik trip next store. All in all not too bad!

room wasnt clean. garbage from previous guests in the room. bathroom was gross, hair on the floor and in tue shower, soap dispensers were even dirty. half a roll of toilet paper and no back up, no wash clothes, two half folded towels.. i'm far from a clean freak, but gross is gross.. even the mess on the hallway floor stayed there for 3 days.. had we had another option, we wouldnt have stayed.

We were planning to stay for 3 days while visiting family in town. The listing says there is a pool and a hot tub, which would have been a highlight of our stay if the hot tub was actually working and filled with more than 5” of dirty, cloudy water. The kids had already jumped in the pool by the time we saw a bloody medical glove on the pool deck. The theme of mystery bodily fluids only continued in the room. We had to ask several times to have housekeeping change all the linens - sheets, pillows, towels - all covered in a rainbow of various stains. There were also sunflower seeds strewn around the floor, which was clearly not even vacuumed. Once we got “fresh” linens, we decided to give it a chance and stay (there really weren’t any other options at the time) only to be awoken at 7:30am by a fire alarm ringing through the whole building. We checked for smoke, smelled nothing, and decided to just grab all our stuff and be done with this place. We sat outside for about 30 min while no one knew what was going on, no staff was around to let anyone know what was happening, no fire crew came while we were outside, so we left. We did come back later to formally check out and were refunded for the other two nights we had previously reserved. In no way did I expect this place to be more than what we were paying for, but I do expect at the very least to have a CLEAN room and functional amenities when they’re listed on the website!

The room smelled like cat piss, the room was very dirty pillows were stained and you could see that through the pillow cases. I walked in the room and ended up not staying there it’s horrible

I didn’t have great expectations in the first place as it’s a cheaper room, but the facility had mold in numerous areas that shouldn’t such as the shower tile, pool areas, and sink drain. All I could smell was mold and mildew after getting out of the pool and even after I washed my body and hair. Front desk man who checked me in was not courteous or helpful. Didn’t mention anything about WiFi, pool hours and if breakfast was an option or not on the weekends.

Stairs and hallway needed vacuumed. No a/c in lobby or halls. No washcloths in room. No coffee cups in room. Empty conditioner bottle in shower. Landscaping makes place look deserted. Located next door to truck stop. Beds not comfortable. Room was very clean. Employees not empowered to resolve issues. They need to do better. Breakfast was not pleasing.

Free breakfast should not be advertised. Minimal food and was just unclean in dining area. Dirty hallways. Room had bizarre odor. Otherwise room seemed fairly clean

My room had a strange deodorizer smell. They were masking something. The lobby stairs don't look like they've been vacuumed in a year. It says continental breakfast, but it was quite bare. Families around me were commenting on it as well. Seemed OK for the price but not in line with typical hotels at the same caliber

They did not have an appropriate room - mold in vents- AC did not work - understaffed at front counter- no elevator for my Mom to use. We did not stay, they refused to change the room to ann acceptable one for my sons ansthma and did not refund my money. I lost my money on the reservation.

Property is just old and needs many updates. On hot water in the shower. You get what you pay for.

The room was absolutely filthy, tub would not drain, mirror was dirty, the only good about this room was the bed was decent. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

They were challenges with the door knob, service at the counter and the breakfast was to be desired. I request and reserved a king room. The water was slowly coming out of the sink. This wasn't a good experience overall, won't be back.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Room appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks. Stains and hairs on sheets and bedspread. Hairs on bathroom floor, in shower and sink. Shampoo and Conditioner bottles were empty. Took 10 minutes to get luke warm water in shower. Mattress damaged to the point you will roll off the bed if you are not in the middle. Breakfast in the morning: coffee machine provided no coffee and just barely warm water. Expired muffins, rock hard bread slices, waffle batter had smell when pored, determined the batter was rancid after waffle was made. While trying to clean the vomit off wash my face found the sink doesnt drain in bathroom. When checking out staff just did not care. Provided a receipt and went back to playing on their phone. With a name like Clarion, this was a massive letdown!
