The people where great the décor is a little outdated and we where bummed the pool was closed and no hot tub but they are very clean and will most definitely stay again.

Safe, quiet. Perfect for a night stay away from the strip. Gated parking was nice.

Surrounding area feels unsafe. Wi-Fi was bad. Literally had no WiFi.

Staff was nice, would have like a breakfast/coffee bar, main pool was closed for repairs, toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down until bowl was emptied, room was clean, a/c worked well.

Do you like the spacious two bedroom suite. The toilet flashed but would stick on. The shower spray with only halfway come out and halfway come through the bath nozzle. And the plug was stuck down so you had to hold it open to get all the water out after a shower. The beds are firm if you like that. Location was close to airport and to all the Vegas trip buildings. Front desk was nice.

It was a nice place

Not a bad place to stay. We had a very rude neighbor that banged on the way when we made normal kitchen noise but other than that, it was pretty good value. Would stay here again..

It’s beautiful and homie

This was the best hotel I stayed at when traveling. I loved that is had a shuttle to Excalibur and Treasure Island. I also loved that they have a bed bug cover sheet around the mattress. It was cool to have a washer/dryer and a balcony. The pull out bed was comfy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the pool was closed at our club and I paid for late check out yet they still called my room at 10am saying I didn’t, but they fixed it. My first time in Vegas and I’m happy I found this hotel. Loved that they used two long shuttles for wrestlemania weekend. It did say heated pools but the one at club 1 was so cold and the hot tub was more like a warm tub. But I would still stay here again.

Came into town for a festival. Stayed Thursday-Monday. Front staff were super nice and helpful. There are two locations for this hotel so we had to drive to the next building where they had enough parking for our little trailer. Not so good things… We checked in, went to the room to drop off our stuff before heading out and to take a nap after our 9 hour drive. The walls were so thin and the neighbor was on the phone on speaker the whole time. The place smelled like weed outside. When we got back from the event that night, the neighbor had the tv on and a guest she was talking to. I could hear every word through earplugs. We tried calling the front desk to ask them to call to make them be quiet as it was already midnight and nobody answered. Second and third days were the same. The AC wasn’t controlled in our room because it kept going on even though our panel said it was off. Second night when we got back, our room smelled like weed. Same lady, same loud conversations. Monday, the pressure washer was on in the pool area so early! Good stuff… The bed was comfortable. There’s plenty of parking. The courtyard looks nice and the fitness center is opened 24 hours. There is an elevator going to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Plenty of places around there to eat. Seemed like everything was 10-20min away so that was nice.

first our toilet flapper needs replacing as the water would refill all the time and some of your channels do not have Movie only like Hbo or Max or what ever and I tried to plug in my firestick but could not as only 1 HDMI was open and the bed was way too hard

Starting off strong with Staff being super nice & professional ( Tabitha) Check in was quick and easy , we were even able to check in a couple hours early since the rooms were already ready. Room was good/ comfy but I’ll say a little misleading only because I thought it would have a kitchen with the stove like in the pictures but not a huge deal since we weren’t planning on using it anyways. They have shuttles that take you to the strip which is cool but even if you rather use a Lyft/uber it was about $10. Overall great stay!

Pros: The one bedroom was large Came with all the cooking supplies Cons: Checkin was terrible and took forever. Understaffed. Pool wasn’t working but still had to pay the resort fee! Very light water pressure in the shower Walls are mildly thin
