The employee is very patient and helpful! The room is much larger and cleanr than I expected! I think it is a good choice for me if I come to SF in the future.

As a frequent stayer with the hotel , before is anll good and they upgrade me every single time, can’t imagine they charge me for late check out. Also double bed room change to twin bed room also ask me to pay extra, Hope next time will be back to normal 😅

Great location, walking distance to many shops and food

Lobby staff were excellent! We were on a bicycle tour and they were very helpful. The air conditioning unit in our room was broken and ended up changing rooms at 10pm as our room was 76 degrees. It was a bit of a process. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we loved it. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room on the 9th floor, complete with a comfortable couch and a private balcony. The room was very clean, quiet, and exceptionally roomy. Check-in was smooth and quick — we arrived early and were checked in within five minutes. The rate was excellent, especially considering it was during the 4th of July weekend in San Francisco. The hotel’s location is perfect — within walking distance to many major attractions. We also had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious food at a great price. The only downside was parking. Overnight options were limited and very overpriced, and we had to find parking on our own. Still, overall, this is a great hotel, and we’ll definitely be back.

Another great stay at club quarters

Stayed at their branch in Washington DC. Same service and helpful staff. Location was perfect to access all transport from SFO airport to navigating the city. Great food locations nearby. Recommend booking the muni for the day. Take the trolley towards fishermans wharf. Top of the hill lombard has the best views of San Francisco day or night.

There was bed bugs in my room sadly and my partner had bites on his legs. Room didn’t look as advertised.

Overall stay was great!
