The stay was as it should be. Unaware that there were no microwaves or refrigerators in certain rooms, but with one call the service desk was able to provide one’s room with a microwave.

Great location, a short walk from Metro. (I connected easily from DCA.) lots of dining options within walking distance; Whole Foods about 15 min away. Incredibly quiet, staff welcoming and polite. Room stocked with a tiny Nespresso with 3 2-oz pods; coffee in living room much weaker. This is the third CQ I’ve stayed in and the experience is consistently good.

I stayed here 18 years ago on my first trip to DC. Now that I am married and my wife, a recent immigrant to the US, wanted to DC up close and personal as she loves American history. She loved the location and walkability to all of the sites. The White House is maybe a 5 minute walk if you walk slow. We only had a few days to take in as many sites as we could, but my wife already told me she wants to come back again to see a few more spots we didnt get to and said she wants to stay at Club Quarters again.

Great hotel, only a few blocks from the White House and the rest of Downtown DC and the subway is literally right around the corner. Great rooms as well

The only thing good about this hotel was the free water and it being a walkable distance to the White House. Staff was rude, room was hot, room was not ready an hour early, and then again 15 mins before check in. Had to wait until exactly 3pm. Had to ask for somewhere to stay while waiting because it was raining outside. When thanking the staff he would reply with “mhm”.

My overall stay was good but what really stood out was the staff. I stayed a night by myself and suffered from a migraine. I was completely incapacitated and Myah, a staff member, went to personally get me pain medication and delivered it to my room. What a gem! She saved the day, and I won’t forget how excellent she was trying to help me.

I booked the room 2 months in advance with a king bed. Check in person was ok. Told me about the 10% off food at the places across the street but did not have the names. She just said the ones with the lights on. Go to my room and open the door to 2 twin beds. Being a diabetic I needed my insulin in the frig. Frig did not work. They came up looked at it and about 20 minutes later brought another frig up. When asked about why I had 2 twin beds and not a king like my reservation had me down for they blamed reservation for over booking the hotel. Then offered food discounts for the trouble. We were leaving the next day. I declined.

Don’t quite understand why they would want to charge $50 for an 2-hour early check-in when the room was ready.

Friendly staffs, very smooth check-in, room service is great, my kids toys and stuffed animals are placed in a cute way, they are surprised by the changes every day .

Although lacks of onsite parking, it’s close to metro and other type of transportation. Walking distance to White House and restaurants. Also there are garage parking options in the area. Room with kitchenette was spacious and comfortable. Downside, didn’t provide a sink and you can hear the outside noises. Other than that very convenient place to stay and will consider again in the future.
