20 story hotel downtown with just two elevators and one was out of service for our entire stay, leading to long delays and people spilling into the lobby and front desk. Rooms were small but outstanding. Better not to drive there, as hotel parking is five blocks away Couldn’t ask for a better location.

Over all nice hotel, in good location, only thing was our tv remote didn’t work half the time.

Around a 6/10. Amazing location, room was clean and comfortable, it was easy to get to my room once I figured it out, everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful and the parking was simple. However, I had a few issues. Checking in was very simple but getting to my room was confusing because of how they labeled things. The TV remote mostly didn't work which was a big nuisance. My room didn't have a window, which was extremely disappointing considering the location and view I would've had and I partially got this hotel for that view. My other biggest issue was that the garage I was told to park at was a good 10-15 minute walk roundtrip, which was terrible. No restaurants inside the property was disappointing. I wouldn't have minded that much but it was cold during my whole visit and I couldn't get room delivery so it was just tedious bundling up to get food each time. It'd easily be an 8/10 or better without the avoidable issues.

Beautiful architecture. Well maintained older hotel, with the best location. Beautiful view of the river and city. Great value. I walked from the blue line stop after taking train from airport. No need to transfer to another line. River walk was right across the street. You can get a water taxi there to go to Chinatown.

I love this neighborhood. We have stayed at London House and the distance to all food and shopping can’t be beat!

Very nice people, nice hotel, happy with my small room. did not like 1. the hot and small fitness room 2. the bar soap.

Staff was fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. Our rooms were nice and clean, beds and linens comfortable. The building itself was interesting, an architecturally significant tower. Only downside was the quality of the furniture, a little dated. But super good coffee on the 2nd floor

This about my 5th stay in 3 yrs at this location. Have always had a good experience, accommodating staff, literally across the street from the River Walk, etc.

Close to everything, shopping, food , entertainment. The rooms are small but adequate. The room i was in this time needs a lil attention, updated paint especially the bathroom. Other than that perfectly good for what i needed.

I’ve stayed here many times before because it’s clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from the literal heart of Chicago, the intersection of Michigan Ave. and the river. It’s also a good deal, which can’t be said of all the places to stay in the area.

I loved my stay and the location was perfect.

Very close to everything. Perfect room for the money spent. River view was unexpected and really nice to have. Check in and out was a breeze. Not updated but again for the price can’t beat it. The only complaint would be the elevator issues- 1 elevator and had issues with it going past floor 10 and it sled forever to move. Other than that I’d come back

we stayed on the 34th floor. the room had a Riverview which was cool but the room was super small and dusty. i would stay at the hotel again, but not stay in a river view hotel

Great place and location, if you’re mostly there on business. Not many leisure amenities like a gym or pool but, great coffee/tea floor with lots a working space.
