Property was very nice and nicely located. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Within walking distance to many things including Waikiki beach. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived way too early (6am) for check in time but were able to secure a room before 12pm. I mean that’s better than 3pm and the receptionist was sweet enough to give us a discount on early check in fee. Location is also convenient with convenience stores nearby.

The coconut Hotel is in a good location just minutes away from everything from shopping dining and the beach. The Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable of the area. They are a good asset to the team as well as the company. The hotel was very nice and clean. I will definitely be returning to stay with them.

Good hotel and nice staff. Location is a bit of a walk from the main Waikiki so be prepared to walk a bit. Room was out dated for the price but clean and didn’t feel nasty or bad sleeping in the room. Loved water bottle refill station in the lobby. They store luggage too which is great if arriving before check in or a late departure flight. Sound proofing of the room was alright, I could hear my neighbors across the hall sometimes
