Great place, the rooms were very clean, spacious, and modern. The bathroom had plenty of towels, the water pressure was great, and it was also spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The breakfast area was spacious and very clean. The food was great and We had A good selection. The kitchen staff was also friendly, attentive, and very courteous. We also want to give an extra shout out to one of the kitchen staff named Shawanna. A little girl in the breakfast area was tslking to everyone about how much she wanted to get gum from the gumball machine. Shawanna went and found change and brought it to the little girl. It was precious to watch. Great job Shawanna going that extra step.

It was very clean but the pull out couch was VERY uncomfortable. You could feel the springs through the very thin mattress.

We stopped one night while traveling. The staff at the hotel was amazing. It's easy in and out from 75 We checked into our room and it appeared clean although it had a slight smell. Members of our family started feeling sick. A few hours we noticed the incredibly dirty vent near the ceiling with possible mold. The staff was great. They acted appropriately and got us a new room on the other side. They handled it really well. We were pleased with their reaction. The new room didn't smell and didn't have any issues. Breakfast had a good variety.
If you have asthma or respiratory issues I would avoid the hotel. We wouldn't stay again.

We only checked in for one night. During our brief stay, we found the accommodations and staff to be very nice.
Coffee was available 24 hours and the continental breakfast was delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the surrounding restaurants, and stores. We highly recommend lodging at this lovely hotel.

We stayed on our way to Florida and stayed again on our way home from Florida and Jasmine at the front desk was great! She remembered who we were asked about our trip and even gave us feedback on going to the Mexican restaurant right around the corner. Which was also amazing! We will definitely choose to stay with them again when we pass through!

You failed to mention there was a resort fee and a parking fee the parking fee was mentioned not the resort fees and I was charged an additional 399 when arriving at the resort which was wild to me because I budgeted for this trip and this is an unexpected expense
