Large family accommodations. We had a party of 5, everyone had a place to sleep, up to 6. Inside pool and Jacuzzi were perfect to let the kids wind down for the day. Self serve breakfast was open until 10:00. Baskin Robbins and Denny's were both next door.

It was a great stay but the doors are super thin and the walls as well. If you don’t mind hearing other peoples conversations and laughter at 2 in the morning than it’s okay. But overall it was a great stay, clean, comfy beds, and great staff.

Don't stay here if you want to get any rest. The walls are paper thin and you here every door slamming and other patrons talking all night long. You also can here toilets flushing on the rooms next door.

This hotel was okay for our 2 night stay. It is in the middle of attractions and close to Dollywood.
The hotel was built in 1995 and reflects its age. There are two buildings to the hotel. The room itself was ok, nothing special. It felt small. The bed had square pillows which was odd. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo, and it was very worn. Definitely could use a reno.
But it's convenient location to everything is probably its best selling point.
