There staff were amazing customer serivice was amazing. The property and beds were really dirty though

The hotel we ended up staying at was clean, well-maintained, and offered a fair balance between price, location, and overall condition. It was a good alternative to the original booking at Riverside Suite Hotel. Unfortunately, our experience with the original reservation at Riverside Inn & Suite Hotel was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the property. We refused to stay there and immediately booked into this hotel. Despite the circumstances, Hotels.com did not issue a full refund for the Riverside Inn & Suite reservation, which was very frustrating. While we were satisfied with the second hotel, we are disappointed in Hotels.com’s handling of the refund process. We hope that Hotels.com reviews such cases more fairly and ensures that properties listed on the platform meet reasonable quality standards.

The room smells like smoke

It smelt wet in the hallway and pool was dirty. We found a small spider in the bed and a small lizard in the pool.

Not what I expected

First gave us a room the keys didnt work, asked to changed rooms as the neighbor was blairing music. Went back to reception and the lady gave us a different room( reception lady was very nice). New room.... tv did not work and no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Hallways smelt musky, also many people roaming around in and around parking lot after midnight.

The property smell bad, the room also smells really bad besides that everything else was ok

When I first came here I liked it when I stated returning things change the guy at night is decent that’s what made me return when i started coming back one of the ladies has ride customer service she always on the the she has visitors when yours checking in I reported it before haven’t came back for months come back same thing then she put u in bs rooms leaking shower overflowing toilet beat up ac stained towels I pay like everyone else I don’t see what’s the problem

The breakfast was terrible. Wish they has bacon and biscuits and gravy

Checked in really late felt un safe and by 8am i already had housekeeping harrasing us to leave
