Convenient and affordable.

The hotel is an older hotel. The carpeting was dirty, our room smelled very musty. The room was as clean as it could be for being an older hotel. The girl that checked us in was rude, I felt like we were bothering her. The breakfast was good, had a variety. My grandchildren loved the pool, which was warm and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel definitely needs updating, not sure if I would stay again for the price I paid.

Amazing stay

What more can you ask for with a Comfort Inn, oh thats right an attached Indoor water resort (separate cost). Family stayed here for a 2 night getaway. Im not one of those guests who go through a room with a fine tooth comb expecting 5 star standards on a extremely budget friendly hotel. Hotel outdated? Sure is. Was everything working in my room and comfortable? Sure was. Hotel had a standard hot breakfast buffet and an indoor pool for hotel guest. For about $100/night it beat my expectations. All stars rated were for the type of hotel price and my personal expectations going in.

The room was not up-to-date, dirty carpets. The breakfast did not look appetizing.

Check in/out was super easy. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean. We would stay there again. I only wish it was easier to get clean towels. We were there for 5 days and put up a DND sign so housekeeping wouldn't have to deal with our room. We would put the used towels and garbage outside our room but have to find someone at the desk later for bags and towels.

The room was a nice size for my family of five. We loved the patio going in the the pool. The bed had what looked like animal hair in and and the bathroom tub was dirty. Breakfast was delicious. Great stay overall. Just needs better cleaning

Conveniently located. However, noisy because it was so close to I-90. Bring your ear plugs.

Definitely need more space for parking, but our staff was perfect and very easy to find.

I had run into rooms for my family. We enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast very nice thank you.

The breakfast is a ripoff when the hotel at Presque Isle was half the price and they gave us the same breakfast for free and the girl at the front desk didn’t share with us that the breakfast was $25.00 a person. Half the hot plates had no food. I travel a lot and will not be back:

I will never rent in a hotel in that chain ever again. The Hallway smelled like a Pot factory, the smell sipped to the room along with an existing smell of mold and dirty shoes. There was food crumbs alongside the wall, there was rips in the carpet that looked like a sharp object had cut through, there was a dent in the closed all and huge red stain between the bed and the bedside table ( we couldn't tell if it was wine or blood), The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold on the corner of the tub. The room needs new furniture, new paint, new closet walls, a full bathroom renovation. The Hallway carpet had grease stains and needs to be updated. The doors and the carts squeaked. We arrived at 1:00 AM, if it was around 10 pm I would've left the hotel and gone somewhere else. By 8:00 AM we were out of there as fast as we could. The smell of breakfast cooking sipped through the room and mixed with the musty smell made us feel sick. The window wouldn't open and there was no way to get air. The back door of the building is unlocked, and anyone can get in or out. There was garbage overflowing outside from all the garbage cans. The night shift hotel concierge guy was really nice but the ladies in the morning were not nice at all. This is a 1-star hotel due to the staff otherwise I don't think it deserves any stars. It was disgusting and I honestly would like my money back, I felt misled and robbed!

Nikki in the breakfast area was great. She is the only person whose name I know, but every single staff member I encountered was amazing. I was worried initially bc I had seen some sketchy reviews. But staff was great. Food was good at breakfast. Pool was excellent. The design and style? It’s definitely old. But we loved it there and would definitely return! Just FYI ALSO,my family did do a day trip to splash lagoon and had a MUCH better time at the hotel pool than the waterpark.
