The room is old and feels bad.

Pet-friendly, pleasant desk clerk. The room, hallway, lobby and dining area appeared clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of nearby restaurants. We'd stay here again.

Back and side doors were propped open with rocks. Carpet filthy, bathroom crusty, would not recommended and would never stay again. Coffee pot stopped working during 1st hour of breakfast.

Great service from Ben, it was our first time in buffalo and he gave us some great recommendations on places to eat and visit.

We choose this hotel due to the proximity of Highmark Stadium. The employees who checked us in were wonderful! The continental breakfast was very basic, which was fine, but our room had a little bit of a damp mildewy smell but the beds and pillows were very comfortable!

the manager agreed to refund money because they did not have a room for me

Hotel was convenient for an overnight stay but the price is not worth it.

smoking smell, non-supportive staff-terrible

non-supportive staff, smoking rooms, no AC, broken CO2 indicator- sounding all night! Terrible experience.

Very clean and friendly guest services rep

Room 104 was horrible basically nothing worked and when you sat on one of the beds it fell apart. There was no pool at all when website said it was open and good. The hairdryer didn’t work at all. The ceiling was falling apart from water damage.

Didn’t get the room I booked. The pool wasn’t open. The room was dirty there was dirt in every corner. Overall just would never go back.

When first entering the building , the lights were flickering and you could tell it was not well maintained. When getting the front desk the employee was not helpful at all and then informed us the pool was closed. (This was the main reason we booked here was for the pool). The rooms were alright , but could have been cleaned better . Beds are small and uncomfy. Would not come here again.

The place needs a make over. Bathroom tiles broken, wall paper peeling off in places. The pool is not in working order. The manager and the woman at the front desk were very nice. Im sorry but this place needs work.

Need to update bathroom with better lighting, walk-in shower and higher toilets, more convenient for older travelers and younger ones would also appreciate it.

Friendly staff and clean room

The receptionist at this hotel gave us a terrible welcome, acting as if we were bothering her and giving us dirty looks.

Room was pretty old but stay was nice and breakfast was good. Amazing restaurant front of the hotel for dinner!

This was my second stay here. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. However our room was on the first floor and there was a crack in the window which was held together with tape and the room smelled like marijuana. Later that evening the toilet backed up. The front desk clerk gave us a plunger and explained there wasn’t a maintenance person on duty. My son had to fix the toilet and clean up the mess. The clerk did us a mop and fresh towels. The next morning I requested a refund of some sort and was told management wouldn’t be in until Monday and I should hear from someone. I understand things happen but this was a bit much.
