Television stopped working so everyone just went to bed. Never came back, let the front desk know and all was said we will fix it.

The hotel could be nice if they fixed it up. You can absolutely tell that they have thrown paint and caulk up and have called it a day. The carpet had many stains and the windows were not as cleaned as they could be. The curtains are old and outdated. It’s was okay for one night. Overpriced trucker stop.

The hotel has many upgrades, breakfast wasn’t bad. Our room carpet felt wet and our room smelled bad. The beds were comfortable.

Hotel smelled really bad. The room had nats and the mattress stunk. The continental breakfast was gross, runny eggs and half cooked pork sausage

I've stayed here before. I love the location. Close to 465 and nice restaurants. Very safe area. Love the outdoor pool. This time, my TV cable didn't work at night. The phone was not operational. And the hallways actually smelled like people had been smoking pot. It was affordable and friendly, but some standards had slipped.

The people who operate this hotel are very nice. For the money it’s fine, but room was smelly like mildew and air was moist we noticed that immediately when stepping into our room. Seemed like it was cleaned well and beds/sheets/pillows were clean. Maybe could have said something about the smell but dealt with it. The pool was relaxing and fun with my 11 year old.

This hotel was a one star, which is fine, but that’s not how it was promoted

Needs MAJOR UPDATES! Very friendly staff man and kids liked breakfast but hotel needs major remodel

BED BUGS. And a staff that doesn’t care. My partner and I stayed here in July 2025 and found BED BUGS in our room. I woke up covered in bites, which we documented with photos. We immediately alerted the front desk, and instead of helping us, they denied the problem, claimed they “spray for bugs weekly,” and told us we shouldn't complain because they upgraded our room to a suite. I'm sorry, but a "suite" with blood-sucking insects is not an upgrade — it's a health hazard. After leaving, we discovered that multiple other guests have posted about bed bugs at this hotel going back years. Clearly this is a recurring, unresolved infestation, and the hotel is doing nothing about it. We had to bag all our clothes, leave them in a hot car, and sanitize everything at home just to make sure we didn’t bring the infestation with us. No apology. No refund. Just blame-shifting and deflection. Avoid this place like the plague. Bed bugs are no joke — and neither is this hotel’s complete lack of responsibility or customer care.

Room was fine, but everything was damp because of crazy summer humidity. Their pool was closed by order of the health department but they were trying to hide the closure order sign.

*BEWARE* Upon arriving to our room, we always check the beds for bed bugs. And that is what we found!!! there were no bed bug covers on the bed. We even took a video for proof to take to the front desk. After this discovery we were not comfortable staying there. So, we asked the front desk for a refund and we would be going somewhere else. They refused to admit the video we showed them was real, or even from their hotel, and would not issue a refund. When we called the manager the next day, he would not issue the refund and even told us that he rented to the room to the next person! TERRIBLE!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Comfort Inn & Suites North at the Pyramids. I had to cancel a reservation on short notice due to an unexpected change in military duty—a situation that’s often unavoidable for service members. I reached out hoping for some understanding, whether that be a refund, a partial credit, or even a voucher for a future stay. Unfortunately, I was met with none. The front desk staff member I spoke with was dismissive and rude, showing zero empathy and making no effort to understand or support the circumstances. The entire interaction felt cold, transactional, and solely focused on ensuring the hotel got paid—regardless of the situation. Given the number of hotels that openly support military families and make reasonable accommodations, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others—especially service members or those who may need even minimal flexibility—to consider staying elsewhere.

When we got there to check in, there was a family at the desk. I could not hear what they were talking about, but they asked for the managers business card. Then, as they were leaving, the mother told us to make sure we check our beds for bugs. We did, and didnt find any, but sleeping was impossible. The hotel smelled of decades old tobacco and the bathtub was disgusting. Very overpriced for what it is.

The building was in very poor condition. The entire building smelled terrible. The pool area was not secured safely and anyone could come in and out causing a risk for small children/non swimmers, but also individuals that were not paying guests were entering/exiting. We witnessed this several times during the stay. The windows in the room were not fully closed and sealed causing summer heat to enter and noise from the outdoor pool area as well as insects to enter the room. We had to block the open space with pillows.

The staff was amazing!
