Air conditioner was loud and ran continuously. room smelled musty. Faucet leaked continuously. Desk chair was broke. Couldn’t get hot water out of bathroom sink.

The room smelled really bad, musty/moldy smell. No internet (was there 3 nights) and when I asked the staff about it, they were short and curt, but provided no real answer. The toilet wasnt secured to the floor either.

The hotel was great except no one would answer the phone and switch a reservation around for me and my husband had to go in twice to go and get a room for us and our little family and we had two little babies
