it is not worth this price.

I was able to check in earlier than scheduled. But here is the catch. Around 12:30pm I called hotel inquiring about early check-in availability. Guess what, no one answered the phone. I made three calls and none of the calls were being answered. So I decided to drive to the hotel and the receptionist was able to accommodate my need. The hotel condition needs improvement. The carpet inside the hotel room was dirty and wet. Next morning the complementary breakfast was not bad. The location of the hotel is great, closed to shopping mall and grocery.

It’s was ok. New AC units, which kept the room Nice and cool. It’s a fine, nightly stop off the highway.

The only thing I didn’t like is you couldn’t go from the lobby to your room. You had to go outside and around pretty weird.

It was gross. The shower head fell apart..

Everything was great, but the main city has become run down with homeless about, lots of construction. Hotel was on the outskirts which felt safer and access is key-only which was nice. Sadly Eureka has become a nasty city in general.

Located on the South end of town. WalMart located 5 mins. away Plenty of food choices. Bed was comfortable Breakfast was good.

We’ve been checking in this hotel multiple times before. So we booked again for our visit in the area. But sad thing my daughter got sick at the day of check in and I cannot reimburse the payment I made. Lucky I ask my friend to use it for me. So it wont be a total waste of my money! LESSON LEARNED: When booking check the option of with allow cancellation.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. The room itself was functional, but a bit worn and could use some updates. Overall, it was an okay stay — great service, but the accommodations felt a little tired.

Waffles were great for breakfast, but the powdered eggs and sausage were not as enjoyable. The swimming area was nice, but the beds were a bit too hard..

Do not stay here! We got home from our trip only to see an extra charge for $100. I called the hotel to ask what it was, and they said it was for a missing comforter. We literally bring in our own blankets so we don’t have to use the hotel ones, so why would we steal a comforter??? No one in their right mind would take a gross hotel comforter. The manager there was extremely rude to me and said she would not refund me. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running there, but don’t even risk booking this place unless you want insane extra charges for no reason.

My kids loved being able to go to the indoor pool.

The bed was fine. The carpet was damp and the room smelled like it hadnt been aired out. Not a grat experience.

Clean, renovated room. Good breakfast. Very nice overnight stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Only issue was the old electrical outlets in the room that were loose and would not grip/hold the plug when you plug something in (like phone charger.) Phone charger would simply just fall back out of the outlet after you plug it in. These outlets should be addressed as soon as practicable. Other than that, very enjoyable stay.
