Me gusto el servicio de los empleados. No me gusto que tenian menu para comer con horas de cierre, pero el restaurante estaba cerrado por el departamento de salubridad

The staff are super friendly and the free breakfast is a nice addition. Rooms were peaceful and there are some good shops nearby.

The hotel was very good. I just didn't get parking when I arrived. When we went out and came back. There wasn't no parking and I'm handicap and can't walk far. They suggested to park the car under the bridge, but it didn't look safe for me or my car.

I've never been to New York, so maybe this is normal, but I made the reservations several months ago, and was stuck in the lowest level, a CR (cellar) with no windows, at the end of a hallway next to the staff's kitchen area. I won't be back at this location again - and the coffee pot in the room wouldn't work - I tried to tell the lade at the front desk, but she didn't speak English.

The only issue was the $35 parking and the limited amount of spots.

Niveau confort, nous étions 4 et avions 2 lits doubles. La chambre est petite mais pour y dormir c'est suffisant. Lits doubles mais pas très grands non plus. Le nettoyage des chambres n'était pas top en revanche : cheveux ou poils au sol, douche pas nickel, lits mal faits (pas en apparence mais sous les draps), mauvais nombre de serviettes de bain (3 un jour, 2 seulement le suivant). Poussière pas nettoyée. Concernant le petit-déjeuner : tous les jours les mêmes produits proposés. Nourriture pas mauvaise mais aucune diversité...dommage. Salle de restauration trop petite : 8 tables de 4 et 2 de 2 plus une sorte de planche façon bar.

Stay was good. Area is safe and very convenient to the subway station. Wish there were choices for food in area especially if returning back to hotel late night. Also hotel needs to consider keeping towels and stuff based on the people staying in the room. If room is booked for 4 guest and keeping 2 towels doesn't make sense. Breakfast was really really good and staff was amazing.
