Everything about this place was amazing. We just had a quick get away and went to Dollywood. The room was awesome especially if you have kids it sent them on a treasure hunt to unlock the safe in the room. They got toys and candy. We loved it here.

Great prosperity but hotel near it is scratch and very dirt!!

Staff is WONDERFUL! Last minute getaway and found this Gem for a Remarkable price. From the first call to check about late evening arrival, check in, morning coffee at Refuel, housekeeping bringing fresh towels & emptying our trash after our first night, to our checkout today, the Crew is Amazing. Prices are fair for food and goodies, activities available all day for kiddos and families, and a waterpark!?! We will definitely be going back.

We had the best time for my sons 9th birthday trip!

The hotel has lots of fun for families. The staff was friendly and available. Food options were varied and good: pizza, ice cream, sweets, and burgers were great! I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet: no fruit, cereal, yogurt or oatmeal available. We had a great time with pools, slides, arcade, fire pit, etc, My only complaints are (1) our beds were very lopsided, (2) many damp smells in the halls and rooms but overall a great place!!

Water park was so much fun the kids loved the slides and all the kids activities! Only downside is breakfast isn’t free but it IS good! We enjoyed family skillet breakfast

Our only down point is the splash pad my little wanted to play on was closed during our stay and we had a fire drill in the middle of the night but we would return and try again

The ouside pool was not open. It opened on the wkd but not for very long. Kidsbgot to use the slides once and then it. Closed. Boo

I enjoyed everything about this property. The pools and water slides were the best.

Love this place! Close to everything ! The only problem we had we went with small kids and we found that that the waterpark for outside was closed and was gonna open on the weekend. We were there from Sunday to Saturday and never got an opportunity to have the kids play there we use the indoors, but we like to be outside as much as possible so that was a not a great situation for us.

The kids had a great time! Not going to lie so did we too. The water sliders are fun. Easy checking and and out. Very clean. Unfortunately the fire alarm did go off one night because of someone burning popcorn. The staff kept us safe. Unlike some other guests who complained, the staff handled everything perfectly. The fire department did show up and we could not go back in until it was cleared by them. Nothing the staff could have done. Better safe than sorry! Definitely will stay here again.

Trip with kids was great and a short walk to The Island which we enjoyed and short drive to Gatlinburg. Will stay again!

The only thing i didn't like about the hotel, was that the restaurant didn't have sweet tea as an option to drink, only had water, orange juice and coffee.

The hotel is very clean and the water park is awesome. The outside pool and slides is amazing. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our family love it so much . I will stay here every time i go to Tennessee .
