The only disappointment was the pool, I did the marathon yesterday and picked the hotel because I needed to soak my legs in the pool. The pool was closed because a child had vomited in it. The fact that the pool was closed should be on the webpage when I make the reservation so I can pick another hotel whose pool is open. A reason for staying at this hotel like I said to soak my legs in the pool and help myself after the marathon. My plan was to use it last night and this morning and I couldn’t. I would like some of my money refunded.

Great stay. Enjoyed our room that has an actual bedroom door so when the baby napped we could close the door. Pool was great for the kids! Would stay again.

Close to the airport and comfortable stay for a 1 night trip

A couple of the pillows I had with my bedding had clumps of visible hair in the pillowcases. Other than that the stay was decent.

There were ants in our room, the orange juice was sour, the hotel itself smelled strange, and the elevator had a hole in it that was taped back together with duct tape. For the price and the 8.2 rating I was SHOCKED and not in a good way.

Hotel lobby has a nasty smell .Many of the breakfast items didn't taste good. Lastly, the bed and pillows were worn out and not very comfortable. Average or below average at best.

This was a great stay at a stressful time. We were evacuated from our town due to flooding and it made it a little less stressful. Sephora was amazing the whole time we were there.

We were charged and exprbitant amount for a small "stain."

The front desk clerk was very nice and immediately upon arriving to our room we recived a phone call making sure the room was clean and asking if we needed anything else.

We stayed here so we could rest before our super early flight. The hotel is aprox 3 or 4 minutes from CVG airport. The front desk worker I cannot remember her name she was the sweetest

I like their airport transfer its only approximately 6 minutes at the airport. good for just an overnight stay. Special mention to their super employee Noah. He was the airport transfer driver, our receptionist and my husband said he saw him picking up some towels at the pool area.
