The rooms felt a little dirty. Their airport “shuttle” is a Lyft driver. The rooms could use some updating. The leather desk chair Had holes in it, the carpet had stains, the coffee maker looked dusty, no soap was provided. It was fine for one night near the airport and about what we expected for the price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The continental breakfast was average. You must eat it in the cafe and can’t bring food to your room.

The room was not cleaned when we checked in. We clearly made reservations for 3 and there were 2 towels, no soap & luckily i brought sanitizer. There was hair in the tub & in the sink. The beds & pillows were extremely used & need replaced badly. The carpet in the room smelled moldy & i cant imagine have been cleaned. We had to sleep with the window cracked open for fresh air as the ac just wasnt doing it. The area seemed very unsafe. I would not be comfortable with small children around. Overall the staff was very polite & friendly but the hotel needs work.

The room was clean. They ran out of towels and washcloths on our second night and provided the towel that usually is used to step out of the bathtub for a bath towel. Toiletries were limited. Half of the exercise equipment was broken.

Not enough parking for habitants, room keys not working, they never had towels ( only 2 towels for a 2 bed room. Rooms do not have real room service, have to take out trash on your own, room had a funny smell.

No air conditioning had to go to 3 different rooms before 1 worked

it was nice that there were a lot of places to eat near the hotel, but they weren't all that great. Also, there were some people hanging around the area begging. The breakfast at the hotel was not horrible, but I got there late, and the area was really not at all clean. They also shut it down 15 minutes early. I will say that the room was large with two TVs and a separate bedroom with a door, but a lot of things in the room were worn out.

I’ve been here before and it was better then this I received a room that was dirty the TUB wasn’t clean then there was NO HOT WATER the floor wasn’t vacuumed it was a mess I will not be returning back here 😡

Well after 30-45 minutes waiting to check in I thought the drama was done, not so. There were 3 of us, as I indicated on the reservation, but only 2 towels hand towels wash cloths, so I went to the desk to request additional for the room, I made my request and was given 2 floor mats and 3 wash cloths, I told the clerk I just needed a full size bath towel and that we were short the items from the start, she then had to have my room number before she would give them to me, I complied but then I was given another floor mat and 1 towel. I just decided I would use the floor mats to dry off with when I showered, but the more I thought about it I paid almost $200 for my stay the least I should expect is the room to have a towel for each guest. Breakfast is a little underwhelming, and be sure to get out asap, when it says 9:30 you better be headed to the door at 9:29, 9:30 and they were hauling the leftover food to the other room, guess my next time in town I will try somewhere else

Good for the price. Got off to a slow start because they were unable to take a credit card due to the system being desk. So gave $50 bill for security deposit after some confusion. Lady at the front was really polite. Got my $50 back checking out with no issues . The rest of the staff I interacted with were friendly. Rooms were pretty clean and tidy . Only complaint was there was only 1 towel in the room for 3 guests . The nice lady at the front gave us extra towels and apologized. I was a little apprehensive about this place after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend and would stay there again

There was a red stain in my room that I reported to front desk. Also there was a oder in my room.

Was a place to sleep

Dirty every where. Breakfast was a joke. Staff did not use gloves when preparing breakfast, the trashcans were overfilled within the dining area. Carpet throughtout the hotel was dirty. Handprints on the way. Roach traps in the air vents. Nasty!

The room was not clean. Was moved to another room. It only had one trash can in the room. There were cracks/ hole in the bathtub. And the lamp was missing a light bulb. Had to get extra towels from front desk, did not get any washcloths. Asked for extra pillows, told there were none available. In the breakfast area the waffle mix was too thick to pour and there was no spray provided for the waffle iron so they stuck to iron. The hot water for tea was cold. Asked about getting more hot water after more than 30 minutes none was brought out.

When we checked in the staff said you had to deposit $100 cash deposit (she stapled a note to the cash) even though the room was already paid for. Then the elevators doesn’t work. Get to our room and the door was broke and wouldn’t lock right. Went to shower and we had to go back down to desk to request towels, wash cloths, he wasn’t happy about that and he didn’t want to give enough for two people . Try to call the service desk and female answered and was hung up on twice that’s why we had to go down to get towels. Overall I will not stay here again!

We chose this hotel because it was close to the concert venue that we were staying at. However, check-in was very difficult. The room had absolutely no towels in any of it and half of the lights did not work. The hotel is severely understaffed, and for what staff they do have, they are very overwhelmed and overworked.

The room itself was nice and big, and the bed was comfortable. That’s the only good thing to say. The floor was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed, there was a piece of old food under the end table next to the couch, and actual boogers on the wall and curtain. Seriously boogers?!?’ The coffee bar hadn’t been replenished but I wouldn’t have used the coffee pot anyway because who knows how clean it is. The elevator worked when we got there but was broken when we checked out. And the carpet in the hallways was dirty too, so maybe their vacuums were broken too? The hotel and room had so much potential if they would just put a little effort into keeping it cleaned. I’ve stayed in nice country inns before so that’s why I chose this one.

It was extremely dirty in our first hotel room and we found someone’s clothes they left there and the room hadn’t even been cleaned, and when we got another room there was blood on the towels. absolutely disgusting and will never stay here again. very unsanitary and not safe to sleep in

I had a couple issues with my stay the first room I was put in the shower was filthy and it didn’t drain nor did the toilet flush then when I got put into a different room there was hair all over the beds. I also had a problem with the pool it had way too much chlorine in it I could barely breathe and the water was super cloudy couldn’t even see through the water

The floors were very dirty and out bathrooom was not clean.
