Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Downtown

The location is not a safe. Tons of homeless and cannot walk the town in that area. Our room didn’t have the air on and I’m assuming it was because they don’t change the air filter. It was so bad! There was looked like to be poop on the wall next to the bed. The room was really dirty. Wasn’t vacuumed and The bathroom door handle kept falling off. The coffee maker was broke and they never sent anyone to fix it after I asked them too. I think it’s a cute hotel but I wouldn’t stay again

Be prepare to pay valet parking or walk

Perfect lo cation for music festival at paycor. Walking distance amazing. We had a stand up shower and it didn’t look like it was washed out after the last people stayed. Minor but I shouldn’t have had to do it. Everything else amazing.

Clean and spacious. Enjoyed everything.

Staff was very friendly! Property and area was very nice! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend if attending a ball game or concert, within walking distance to both.

Close to ballpark and National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Don’t miss vault door downstairs.

Staff isn’t friendly unfortunately and housekeeping didn’t knock door before coming in

I appreciate this building was the first concrete framed high rise in the country. The location was just a 10 minute walk to the river walk and suspension bridge. Also just around the corner from fountain square. Close and very walkable to several great restaurants and shopping. Super close to a trolley stop. Trolley was free, air conditioned, and convenient to get to anywhere you'd want to visit.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, very pleasant staff, and easy to walk or Uber to everything on the river. Felt safe walking back from the Andrew J. Brady Music Center at 11pm. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself was great but we were out of town to go watch a ball game and got hotel close to park so we could walk but made us pay an extra $42 to leave car to go to ball game. I thought maybe since we stayed they might let us leave car for a little while we went to ball game.

The room we booked was unavailable due to a maintenance issue so they tried to put us in 2 rooms. We eventually asked for a refund which they did agree to. We still have not received refund and we can not get a manager to return our phone calls after almost a week.

Conveniently located, super clean, close to everything and super nice staff. Would definitely return!

The room was clean, and they allowed us access early as we had travelled overnight. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. Did not want to leave.
