Rooms smelled old & dirty. Also ac was not cooling in the room. And the outside patio by the pool area was very dirt a lot of trash & cigarette butts everywhere.

The hotel was ok.. the problem is that cleaning is a big deal for.. found hair in the beds and in the bathroom areas. Small noticeable stains on the pillow cases. The walls had stains. The lamp shades was filthy. The corners of everything in the room had dust and or dirt in them.. the sofa chair had stains. Once again cleaning is a big deal. When I rate I give either a 1 star or 5 star and no in between. I gave them a one star.. please keep the cleaning at an all time high level In these hotel rooms..
