I was in town for my son's visit to the Coachella event. While he enjoyed the festival, my wife and I enjoyed the restaurants, entertainment, and scenery in Palm Springs

Clean and friendly!!! I would definitely stay there again. It was very easy.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The pool and gym are nice and clean. Will recommend it.

I don't see any reason to have two bibles in a California hotel. I was both shocked and disappointed. I think it wrong to charge $10.00/day for self-parking. I think it wrong to charge and extra day when you check-out at 11am, a day earlier than planned.

We enjoyed your hotel. The only negative was that you can hear people above walking - all the time! It was annoying at 5:30 in the morning!

Great hotel and walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. Also walking distance to downtown shopping area. Nice gym. Food service was surprisingly good from the little restaurant in the lobby.

My room was not cleaned everyday

Perfect location for our trip.

I thought the hotel was nice for the area and served our needs. It's about what you'd expect in terms of amenities and service level for the normal standard rate. However, the rates were more than doubled during the weekend that we stayed (due to an event at the Convention Center) and therefore the hotel was nowhere near worth the money we paid. And it was extremely disappointing to pay outrageous rates and then have nothing included. Parking was extra, water in the fridge was $5, breakfast was extra. Normally this would not be an issue, but at $600/night, you wouldn't expect to get nickel and dimed for the small stuff on top of it.

Mr Brady the night operation supervisor was outstanding. Seemingly everywhere at once, friendly and very professional.

The room was outdated and not clean in the restroom. Bed was very uncomfortable. The restaurant was pretty good.

Nice bar good food on site for breakfast and dinner. Starbucks latte on site.

Not a great experience. The rooms were very much in need of an update. For example, the hair dryer is hanging from a bag in the closet. The pool wasn’t working when we stayed there and I never received notice about it ahead of time. The on-site food is incredibly overpriced. There was hardly any soundproofing from the floor above so I heard them walking throughout the night. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

The location was close to many eateries and shops.

Very clean an easy access to every place.
