extremely unfriendly receptionist....NO upfront information about broken elevator even though it happened 2 days before our reservation...3rd floor...no help with luggage....no discount ..phoned the General Manager but no return call...wrote him but no return mail...very bad management and not Marriott level

I searched through a ton of properties before choosing this one and forgot to make sure it had free breakfast - it DOESN'T. You also have to pay for parking, which is beyond ridiculous. Just add that price to the room and call it free. Those are my only complaints. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool or fitness facility.

No elevator working at this property did not inform us at time of booking

During check in, the front desk staff waited until the very end of check in (after paying for parking) to inform us that the elevators were broken and had been for several days. Our room was on the third floor and we were told there were no other available rooms for us. The hotel is not in the best area, so we had to bring in all of our things to avoid our car getting broken into. That meant several trips up multiple flights of stairs hauling our heavy luggage. The hot tub hardly worked and was full of dead bugs, as was the pool. In our room, the closet was broken. Our beds were extremely uncomfortable. Our tub faucet was broken and spun in circles. Other guest were smoking weed and being disruptive. All of the gym equipment was broken aside from one machine. Staff was friendly but this property is not up to the Marriott standard. We have stayed in Motel 6's that were nicer.

Brief stay but very clean.

The staff was very helpful during a difficult time. The lobby was beautiful. A nice place to gather with family. One concern was having carpet in a pet friendly room. It would have felt cleaner with hard surface flooring. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and family!

No ...i liked... everything goes OK

Room was not ready at check in time. Says dining available, which means you can buy Starbucks in the lobby. Booked with 4 people in the room, complimentary water was 2 bottles, why not one for each person booked?

The young lady who worked the front desk on 5/17/2025 around 1ish deserves a raise! She was friendly, funny, and helpful! Her personality alone would be a reason I would book a room.

Great place to stay while visiting family. The hotel was very clean and close to eateries and local shopping.

Sketchy looking area, but the hotel was clean!

Every staff member was kind and coureous. The room was exceptionally clean and the pool area was nice.
