Jade provided excellent housekeeping services. She was always efficient, friendly and polite without ever overstepping boundaries. The front desk staff and valet were great. We got all of our questions answered accurately and promptly. Our car was always brought to the entrance within the time we requested. The Bistro staff were very friendly and efficient.

Just across from Tacoma Convention Center with many good restaurants within walking distance. Spotless room and friendly staff. Parking not that convenient though (uses parking lot across the street.)

Hotel room was spacious and very nice. Coffee in the room was appreciated since we needed to wake up at 2 a.m. to catch an early flight! I didn't realize we were going to have to pay for parking at the convention center across the street. That should have been more clear in the description. Maybe it was and I didn't see it.

4.5 if i could. Safish nicish area of Taoma. Lots of bars & family friendly activities nearby. Beautiful building and rooms. Very friendly staff. Very cool breakfest area except breakfest is not free. They do make starbucks tho! Parking is either 20 bucks for self at convention center across street or 30 for valet. Valet is worth it.
If breakfest bar was free, id give a 5 but the restaurant is cool i suppose. It is a gorgeous hotel.

Great place to stay! Only issue is how expensive the food items are, $6.07 for a drip coffee is a little absurd. The hotel food is actually more expensive than the Seattle airport prices.
