Clean and quaint! Would stay again.

Room was very shabby and dated, floors gross, a/c didn’t work, homes in towels no washcloths and no coffee available.

Beautiful location. Comfortable bed and very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast and pool area need updating. TV remotes were confusing.

Property lacked a real breakfast and was under the impression a kitchenette was in each room, but overall great location and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean and updated nicely. Easy to check in and friendly staff. Convenient location for downtown Estes Park or Rocky Mountain National Park.

On the positive side, the room was very clean and the atmosphere was peaceful, which made it easy for us to relax and enjoy some quiet time together. However, we were disappointed to find that the property looked quite different from what was originally advertised when we booked several months in advance. The photos available at that time have since been changed, and we felt somewhat misled by the earlier representation. It didn’t match the expectations we had for such a special occasion, and unfortunately, it left us feeling a bit catfished. Given the high cost of the stay, we expected a more accurate presentation of the property. While we’re grateful that our experience was calm and the room was well-kept, we would encourage future guests to double-check that the current photos match what they’ll actually experience upon arrival.

Easy check in and spacious room

Dated and worn little '50s style motor court with few and sparse amenities that charges as much as a name brand motel. Rooms are tiny and dank, no closet and old furniture. No provisions for device charging. A/C too noisy to run at night. Chose the property due to photos, heated pool, hot tub, and breakfast included - none of which were accurate. Breakfast selections were dismally sparse, heated pool too cold to swim, hot tub water tepid. Hot tub lacked any handrail for safe entry/exit. That, and multiple trip/fall hazards in pool area and around property make it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Observed flying ant infestation at open door to laundry and linens.

The guy at the front desk Aug 6 pm is very nice. Check in was easy , lobby is very close whichever room you're in. Parking is right out front of the rooms. Couldn't hear noise next to us or above and the place was quite full. Room had fridge and microwave, coffee in the lobby and water refi station was helpful. Bathroom was very clean, as was the room . Older hotel , remodeled and updated . Worth your money.

The room was adequate, but quite disappointing for the price. The room smelled funny, and had several more minor weird things about it, such as the sink didn't have a stopper. Really, less nice than like a Super 8 (which are not that great). The upsides: The bed was comfortable. The location is fantastic. There wasn't anything super gross except the smell.

Clean and comfortable room. The overall motel was as pictured in the listing. The continental breakfast was very basic but there are restaurants nearby.

This property is a little way out of the main center of things. It is very basically furnished, with a metal table & chair. So I would not plan on relaxing in the room, unless you are in bed. I would recommend it for 1 night or 2 max. I was there for 2 nights and that was too much. Bed was very soft & worn.

Old motel with a paint job

There was plumbing issue and water leaked in the bathroom floor. Our itinerary had to be changed on the fly and just caused lot of inconveniences.

Coyote service was excellent! We had a great room, clean, and exceptional mountain views. Bed was really comfortable!

They put recycle and regular garbage bins in the room but never come to empty them. They charge for early check in. Breakfast is useless. White bread and some package goods. Not real coffee. However they have a nice pool.

Rooms are dated, but the place is clean and easy parking. Staff is friendly. I had some trouble with late checkin to get keys; but I was able to call the posted phone number and person came right over quickly.
