nice，near the airport.very quite.The boss is so kind

10/10 affordable, close to jfk, Roland is very accommodating. Everything was clean and well kept.

Nothing in particular. The owner was rude upon my arrival. The bed sheets were highly scented and I could not sleep due to the strong odor. The pillows were hard and could not be used.

“Cozy” might be a bit of a stretch. Definitely quiet! It’s nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable we had nice towels, and Roland is friendly and accommodating. We needed an extra, and he made it happen. We were very pleased with our stay.

The only think I did not like was sharing a bathroom but other then that it was perfect and secure and clean!

Staff was not friendly

It's a good place to stay overnight. However the attendant is mentally disturbed. He first gave me permission to come later than 10pm but when I arrive at 11:41 he started yelling at me and telling me that he will never again let people come in late. He would not stop yelling until I got around and said I am leaving. Then he allowed me to enter the property and showed me my room while yelling all the time.

Away from the hustle and busyness

Rudest property owner I’ve dealt with. Does not need to be on Expedia. The listing is very cheap, but it’s not worth dealing with him.

He was always screaming and being rude for no reason.Almost made me forget to pick up my wallet.He should much nice to people when working and not speak in a harsh tone.I promise myself never to stay there again.It seems he doesnt like it using his apartment as rent

It had everything I needed! The owner Roland was friendly and helpful.

Owner of complex is very safety oriented! Seems to have a kind heart, prices are reasonable for anyone seeking a hotel before their flight ✈️ Overall I was very amused with the cozy & quiet hotel.

The fact that even though it is a small room, I love that it was clean and sheets smelled fresh and clean as well as the towels 😃 not a fancy place but very clean for that price! Will definitely keep it in mind for text trip to New York.

This is a great place to stay in New York! it's conveniently located near to many bus stops, where you can get a bus to bigger stations accross the city. 18 minutes by walking to a metro station (Locust Manor). Also is a few steps away from a gas station, in case you have any need. Even that there are common areas in the property, you have your own privacy in your room, which is very clean and comfortable. Great wifi and cable TV! No noises at all! even that it's next to the street! Moreover, Roland is always accessible to attend your requests.

Everything was lovely. It was clean and safe and just what we needed for the night.

My experience was quite wonderful considering that my needs were finding clean and comfortable bedtime lodging. The host was very polite and communicated effectively up until my arrival. Enjoyed the privacy.
