Crowne Plaza DULLES AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

Can walk to a few stores but plenty of dining options close by if you don’t want yo eat at Houlihans

Check in girl had a very flat affect, was barely audible- she wasn't rude, not friendly either. Broken glass in front of parked car in parking lot. Otherwise everything else pretty good

Good hotel for convenience to the airport. Front desk is not friendly or welcoming

This was a one night stay after a long international flight. I booked based on hotel name and location. Check in was fast but not welcoming. Went straight to the room. TV did not work and the phone USB charging plug didn’t work for the bed on the right. Room was otherwise fine. When I checked out I shared the issue with TV and the phone charger. The front desk clerk never looked me in the eye or asked how my stay was just said he would tell maintenance about the room.

We got in and slept. Amazing times were had by all.

This hotel was fine for sleeping and eating in with mostly good facilities, however could do with modernising in some places e.g. room doors, facilities & decorating.

One night stay to pick up family from airport. Clean hotel , friendly staff , good service. Lots of nice restaurants close by including Houlihans inside hotel. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay close to airport

We had a room with king bed, very comfortable. The room was large, there was adequate places to put luggage. There was a mini fridge in dresser under the TV ( we did not realize until 3 days in). The shower was nice, water got very hot. Coffee maker Kuerig type in room. The shuttle to airport/metro was very convenient. There was a 7/11 close by. The restaurant Hoolihans made it easy to have breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't want to leave the property.

The front desk staff was very dismissive and short with me. Did not make me feel welcome at all.

Very conveniently located near Dulles with an airport shuttle. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds

Excellent for everything

While the beds and pillows are great and the buffet breakfast is good, the hotel is tired and the prices on Expedia are over inflated for what you get.

Would recommend this hotel close to airport and has a good restaurant .

Very nice

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel is clean, bed comfortable. When i got checked in, no upgrade was offered; no bottles of water given, no offer of free breakfast. I was asked in a review about each of those things. I was not aware they were an option. The attached restaurant was better than i could have hoped. The soups were the best I've ever had. The breakfast bar was excellent. The staff were very nice at the restaurant.
