Crowne Plaza NEWARK AIRPORT, an IHG Hotel

The front desk attendant that checked me in was wonderful. She took some of the pain away from my flight being cancelled and yet she had a crazy night ahead of her with the long line after me. It was a crazy night for anyone travelling in and out of Newark and representatives like her, make things so much better. I wish I had caught her name.

Property is tired. Probably the most bizarre check in I have ever experienced

They said they were over booked and l had to go look for another place at 1am.

Close to the Airport and good service from the staff. The room was clean.

I was once again an amazing experience, I really enjoyed my stay and I am definitely looking forward to my next stay

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and conveniently located to the EWR airport and transit to NYC. Will stay in this hotel again.

Amazing staff

Room was clean and service/staff was great! Pretty unfortunate that during my stay there were leaks in the lobby due to rain. But things happen and I understand! Was not aware until I got there that I had to pay a deposit, I wished that info was made clear in writing before I booked but at least I had enough to cover the cost. 6.5/10 would recommend

The staff was super nice. I LOVED the tub (because I don't have one at home).

Good for what it is. Further from.newark than I thought. No way to walk from terminal to airport. Shuttle wasn't running when I arrived so needed to pay for cad Staff friendly.

Parking lot entrance has a very deep pothole, needs to be filled in..both entrance and exit. Drive in and out vEry slow. Other than that, amazing hotel and stay. Loved the convenience of the laundry facility while traveling

Stayed for one night as I had an early flight. The shuttle service was prompt. Staff were great. The burger at the restaurant was good.

Transportation was excellent and on time. Very good driver.
