Nice resort, the culture dinner show is the best! Better than Hawaii or Guam.

Always clean, relaxing, and friendly staff.

I can say this is the vest hotel in Saipan. Room was clean, staffs was very kind. Hotel has the greate ocean view, and nice swimming pool available at night. It locates in the downtown, easy yo access to stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel offered easy access to the beach. All of the staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was delicious. The chef even was accessible to the guests. They front desk was very helpful! Love this hotel!

Gilbert was so great checking us in. Had a wonderful time at the resort, def a wonderful place to spend a few days!

The beach and grounds are excellent and beautiful, great view, pool and public spaces all with an excellent tropical island feel. Breakfast was good. Staff people were friendly. Had one problem. I was entitled to an upgrade on Expedia and this wasn't acknowledged or honored. When I explained about the upgrade, I was told no they give priority to their IHG program members and that I only get the room booked. I went back and showed them my Expedia gold promise, and they said "well only if available". I don't believe the hotel was full, and they never got back to me again even to say sorry no upgrade is available. So it's a very nice property, everyone was friendly, room was fine though not great, it's just I don't like getting the cold shoulder from a quality chain that should know better. A positive is they have nice facilities themselves, and the onsite travel agency sets you up for excursions elsewhere, such as Managaha. You'll be happy staying here, maybe Kensington is better though more expensive.

Exceeded all of our expectations! Friendly service, excellent restaurants, pools and beach and recreation options were outstanding.

Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan was a most excellent choice and is strongly recommended for anyone desiring to vacation on Saipan. Ms. Gina and the other dining staff were extremely courteous. Ms. Rochiele and Ms. Dionne from the iShop were very professional and helpful. Mr. "Kyle" from the coffee shop was also very professional. Overall, outstanding stay at the property and I will be staying there again!

Great location, great beach.

I had a very nice stay. When there were some glitches I knew the staff tried to solve the issues as fast as they could. Coffee shop was understaffed and we had to wait a long time. One thing I was concerned was the floor of the reception area… looked very slippery when the guests come back from swimming.

my stay was very relaxing, ambience was perfect for what I was looking for.

Thank you Maricar for an awesome treatment during our stay. The place is clean and the rooms are updated and comfortable. I like how renovated and cleaned the bathroom is. There’s a lot of activities in the hotel. The staff are all nice and accommodating. The dinner show is great too and very entertaining. I’ll definitely be back hopefully soon.

6살 딸아이와 함께한 가족 여행 청결도 만족, 전반적인 서비스도 괜춘 호텔내에서 투어를 예약가능 수영장엔 가드들이 배치, 인파도 많지 않아 편안,하지만 밴치쪽에 그늘이 부족 방문전 3개의 레스토랑이 있는것으로 확인하고 선택하였지만 1곳은 운영중단, 1곳은 카페, 1곳은 매일 뷔페만 하는 곳이여서 여행기간 내내 제한적인 식사를 할수밖에 없었어서 불편했음 호텔주변은 몇년째 공사가 중단된건지 운영중인 가게가 몇 없고 인파도 없고 산책을 하기에도 적절하지 않았습니다. It was a family trip with my 6-year-old daughter. The cleanliness inside the hotel was good and the overall staff was friendly. The swimming pool was not crowded and the guards were stationed, but there was not enough shade on the bench side. When I ordered food from the pool side, the drink was served immediately, but the food took more than 30mins. I checked that there were 3 restaurants before the booking, but one was closed, one was a cafe, and one was a buffet every day, so I had limited meals throughout the trip. There was no food room service. (pick up available) The area around the hotel was a ruin, only a few shops in operation, no crowds, and it was not suitable for a walk. like ghost town.

We had a lovely relaxing time on Saipan staying at the Crowne Plaza. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pools and other facilities were lovely and we enjoyed the Atari cultural show. Easy to see several different kinds of colourful fish snorkelling in just a few feet of water off the beach in front of the hotel.
