Great spot just off Bourbon, quite an older hotel so has some little quirks.

To be honest the neighborhood did not feel safe. But I believe this is just the French quarter in New Orleans. The bed had a big dip in it on one side very uncomfortable. But the linens were nice enough not fantastic but nice enough. The room was clean but the carpeting in the furniture was worn. I' as a state two nights when I asked for extra water for the next day and towels. The front desk was able to give me towels but no water. The second day housekeeping was okay but no trash bag was put in the trash cans the towels that I had requested was left on the desk and the room. The service in the room by housekeeping it's just not us high as I've had it in other hotels.

For the price of two rooms in the French Quarter, it was okay. The rooms were hot, the a/c didn’t really work. In one of our rooms, the tv was static. I did appreciate that they had a handicap accessible room and the beds were pretty comfortable.

First time staying in New Orleans and I will definitely stay here again

Great service!! Great views, super close to bourbon but not too loud! The valet parking is definitely worth the price especially if you look at other parking around the area.

The guy at check in wasn’t very polite and I don’t think I should have to pay at the hotel I’m staying at but everything else was great.

The hotel has a lot of charm. The pool area is beautiful and classically New Orleans. The room was nice—a little dated but overall good.

I was disappointed that there were no microwaves on the premises, not even at the front desk. So if you plan on bringing leftovers from a local restaurant, you’re not gonna be able to reheat them.

The hotel is old and had this unique design. I like the pool area. But, I was not happy with our room with a a/c not cooling or not working property. I had to ask the front desk about this situation several times and there was a slamming noise like a garage disposal several nights around the early morning from 2am and on. Overall, you will be close to Bourbon St and it’s walkable.

Hotel had everything we needed staff was awesome, especially Nola the car attendant she went the extra mile to help us find everything we needed while here. The place just had everything we wanted in a good stay. No complaints

The room #220 was very outdated. Everything was clean and safe. Staff was very accommodating. There was other room that may have been the ones i seen on website that was up to date. The pool was nice.

The staff members are very hospitality, they try to make sure that you are very comfortable. The hotel itself is full of mold, mildew, dirty carpet and not kept up to par, I will never stay there again.They need a whole upgrade of the bathroom with backup sewage, and mold on the ceiling shower curtain, and bathroom. I changed my room three times and it was still everywhere.
