地板太脏，黏糊糊的。排气扇坏了

太旧了，设施都坏了，隔音也很不好

房间很臭，厕所很脏，有股刺鼻的味道 床单也很脏.. 不会再住第二次！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

We wanted to check in, they told us that they are fully booked, even though we had a reservation.

The place is nice and clean Front desk so friendly . The neighborhood are amazing so many stores and the transportation are so close

Location perfect. D35 bus took me to flatbush and church. Bus stop outside hotel. Walking distance to the train line that can take you to uptown or vise versa. Continental breskfast. The usual. Grocery stores, pizza macdonalds all with in 5 minutes walking. TD bank 2 minute walk.fridge in room. Bed comfortable. Ice machine ,vending machine. Maids don't clean behind the scenes as usual but i second clean everything. Would return in the future. Front desk very polite.

Staff was very friendly. Limited parking, but understandable because of the big city. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Lobby and elevators smelled heavily of marijuana on multiple occasions.

Hotel needs a complete makeover. Rooms were outdated and I did not feel safe. I checked out within 30 minutes. I used this Hotel based on previous stays outside of NYC . Did not receive a refund and had to check in at a different location. This trip was not a good one considering I came for a funeral and my accommodations were terrible Will not be using hotel.com again.

The picture that Expedia used for this property has no bearing with the Brooklyn facility. It is better to show what it is before it is classified as description. If I am into litigation, I would have died Expedia for selling me this when it was nowhere near the picture that was shown. On the other hand, the staff were excellent. They did everything to make your stay good to compensate for the structure that Expedia showed.

I was amazed at how the hotel acknowledged my request for accesible bathtub despitethe wrong information reported on hotel.com

Unfortunately the price is not justified for the location and the amenities and cleanliness.

Staff was friendly and hotel was close enough to subway. Rooms could use a painting, and were kinda small. no place to really sit other than the bed or 1 office chair by desk. You could hear the subway go by in our room

I use this hotel each year for my b’day get away.

地下鉄N,D,Rが使える、Expressが止まるので、マンハッタン各地へ行くのにとても便利。新しさや高級感はないが、日本のビジネスホテルと同じような間取りで、シンプルかつ最小限必要なものは揃っており、宿泊する意味では充分。朝食のサービスがあるので、一日の活力になる。

The check in clerk was very helpful. He went to an extra effort to mail some correspondence for us. The woman in the breakfast center was kind and as helpful as she could be in such a small space. The odds were against her. The room was a fright. The door showed signs of breakins/breakouts (damage on both sides). The light switches were filthy, the carpet was sticky, stained and burned. The chair had cigarette burns on it, the pillows were shredded polyester, just terrible. I slept on top of the blanket because I was afraid to get in between the sheets. I won't stay there again.

It was a great experience. Just need to work on security there.
