My sister has Alzheimer's. The photos are extremely deceptive. The check in desk doesn't look like the photo and has what appears to be bullet proof glass around it. I paid for the room while my sister started to go ballistic. We went to the room, that appeared clean, seemed small and closed in, and she would not stay. The lobby had an old couch. No carpet in the hallway we walked down. I can't tell you if there was carpet in the room. I didn't think so, but photos on website show carpet in rooms and hallways. She started walking the street looking for a car like hers to get in and drive to CO. I was unable to get her to stay at the hotel. The lobby triggered panic. The desk clerk was nice and said he would talk to management about refunding 3 of the 4 nights. I had to have a family member search and find a hotel that is more typical of a nice entrance and lobby. When we arrived at the different hotel 2 hours later, she had no trouble going into a place that was decorated nicely and no bullet proof glass. I made the initial reservation based on photos and I wasn't there long enough to look around the hotel, but the first appearance of the lobby looked like a cheap hotel on the side of a road. I didn't get a chance to see any of the sitting areas shown in the photos. I don't know where those areas were located.
