Booked online pictures were false advertising Bullet proof glass over little reception area. Walked in and walked out didn’t bother staying went to different hotel

My stank, the carpet was dirty.

Had cigarette burns on blankets when we first checked in

Gross place. There was mold on the curtains and blood on one of the pillowcases. Carpet was dirty.

I the staff rude TV didnt work had go to desk three times before someone came asked for ice bucket she give me a bag so I said the ice going melt all over the dresser she was unconcerned

The receptionist are criminals they love to extort Their room service is poor

We took this hotel due to our unexpected 24-hour layover in NYC./ We were tired and were not paying attention to all the low ratings associated with this place.

The place looks nothing like the pictures inside. The room was in poor condition the window didn’t lock, the ironing board was full of stains. The toilet paper holders were rusty and nasty. The days inn book that was on the desk had a big hole in the cover, the desk itself was all scratched and chewed up with pieces of the laminate were missing. The corners of the floor in the bathroom was the garbage mail missing caulk and had holes all around. In the hall there was a big hole in the wall where an ice machine was at some point.

Very friendly staff. Clean property and room. Good breakfast included.

This hotel is filthy. There were stains on the bed, lamp shades, curtains , bathtub, sink and walls.

Everytime i comeback home to Brooklyn this where I stay it’s the best hotel.

It was a great place to stay. It is close to nice places and so comfy for the price. Parking is onnthe street but tall to the people at the reception if you find no place to park. They will help you out.

Wish the AC was colder but other than that, great

First, as with much of NY - no parking. It would be nice if the hotel did something with the city to provide. Did not expect much from a days inn, but the front desk person hardly acknowledged, seemed bothered when asked questions, and was on their phone oblivious to people walking up. The ridiculous prices warrant a friendly staff who is glad to answer simple questions without seeming like they're being bothered. Literally a pained look, answer, go back to phone. Check out - took key, said nothing. I get your days are long, but my bar was the floor and you went below.

The cleanliness of the space could be improved . There was also evidence of roaches in the space. The walls are dirty and the window treatments were unclean. There were also the scent of smoking in the hallway.

Great service! Fresh breakfast included.
