The parking is very tight, and when we tried to back out of the spot we were blocked. The front desk immediately contacted the car blocking us and took care of the minor delay. The staff is friendly and responsive. It's a very pleasant hotel!!

The building is very dated from the exterior and looks a little intimidating at first. However the rooms where very clean and recently renovated. There is a lot of places to eat in walking distance which is very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff who checked us in were very patient and we had some issues with our credit card but it was eventually resolved.
But the hotel breakfast was very poor, no eggs, milk or any meat, only have bread and coffea.

Room was never cleaned first dog urine next to foot of bed. Dog poop on wall and night stand . I turned over sheets and there was a cuticle stick piece of dried grass under pillows. Linen had paw prints and crumbs under sheets. No surfaces were wiped down crumbs and sticky surfaces.

The man at the desk that checked me in was awesome. He was able to accommodate my wife not being able to walk long distances and he set us up with a great room location for our needs. We were there for family emergency and they he had very kind words and condolences

Electronic keys very finnicky. Computer system down upon arrival and 20 minutes to check in. Bathroom smelled like someone had been smoking pot. A place to sleep and shower, basically clean but overpriced.

La alberca con mechones de cabello dentro, las escaleras sucias como de aceite o cosas ya muy viejas, el cuarto si bien parece limpio el suelo está súper sucio, el seguro secundario de la puerta no sirve por qué su orificio está tapado, el agua de la regadera apenas pasa por caliente, las cortinas rotas.
La señorita de la entrada Karely muy amable en todo momento, lo único rescatable.
