Terrible needs to be renovated

Filthy

Unsanitary and dirty conditions. Outdated, almost everything was broken. Parties and loud music it was impossible to sleep. When we tried calling to complain no one answered. When I tried to email no on responded. Hotel claimed I never complained and wouldn’t refund despite my photos of the conditions. Do not stay here.

This hotel is the most dirtiest place i have ever seen , i left the place, i couldn't continue to stay there. Filthy roaches ,rats, broken walls. Please don't pay any amount for this unsanitary hotel. Disgusting hotel. For health reasons, please don't stay in this hotel.

Filthy and old. If I could’ve given them negative stars I would have. Terrible!

The service was ok, the cleanse was sub par

We requested a smoke free room. When we entered the room it had a strong cigarette smell. When we reported this to the desk and requested a different room, we were informed that there were no other rooms and all they could do was cancel and refund. This left us scrambling to find another hotel. I am still pursuing the refund.

Stay away! Absolutely disgusting. The room has knats/flying insects everywhere. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room and a cellar spider in the bathtub. We could not stay there the night, we left immediately.

I was one of the worst rooms I've ever experienced - as soon as I opened the door. There was water damage on the walls and on the flooring. The countertops and the floors were uneven because of the water damage. Then, there were roaches moving around as soon as I turned the lights off! Then, horrifically, in the middle of the night, when a roach crawled on my head while I was sleeping -- it became THE worst room I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Then the staff told me that because I waited until 6:30am to complain and request a refund, I was not entitled to speak to the manager or able to get a refund!

Room bedding was dirty there were also roaches inside the room.

Very unsafe, people knocking on the door at night and lot flies, cigarettes stains, very smelly… never again, please refund me my money !

This was the dirtiest, most broken down hotel I've ever stayed at. The "sofa" was broken and you couldn't sit, the bathroom walls, floor, shower were stained, broken, paint peeling. There were hookers and drugs being used in the rooms next to us. I have never felt so unsafe. We didn't stay but since we booked through the app we couldn't get a refund. I have never been so disappointed or shocked at the deplorable state of a hotel. Having said all that, the front desk lady was very friendly.

Dead roaches all on the floor as soon as u walk in to the room my employees walked right out after checking in and the manager was try to charge me a 1 night fee per room

This is an unsafe property and Booking would not give me any money back. Door was falling off front and covered with a piece of plywood. Floor had soft spots that felt like you would fall right through. This place should be condemned, but guess it’s home to a lot of drug users. Saw meth being used in parking lot by residents.

Rooms were out of date or locks looked like they been broken many times. Questionable people strolling around. Didn’t stay there. Booked another hotel

The place was not gd shower curtain hanging off the poles in the bathroom and toilet handle was broken the sink was broken bored up underneath the sink the linen was stained up and the mirrors was ok an faded not gd what about a refund I came a long way to get the bill crap an have to clean a room to sleep in

We didn’t even wash the whole weekend because This was the dirtiest place I ever stayed the tub was so nasty with stains and rust the water Dover was coming out of the tub wall. Floors was nasty and dirty and the bed was so uncomfortable

Drunk people around, doesn’t feel safe for family with kids, We found cockroaches in room, we didn’t stay there because of that. We waisted our money on this place.
