Is didn't have hot water, tv not working

Terrible

The property was in a very bad state of repair. There were holes in the metal stairs. The upper landing felt unsound. The room was dirty and was not maintained. There was no wifi.

The bedroom is nasty

There was no internet nor TV, nor running water for shower. The key entry would not work and had to keep going back to reset. No Breakfast. No refund of money for the room. All of this should have been mentioned during reservation or they should have called and said they no longer have services and let people know they need to find another place to stay.

Payed online when we got there we didn’t get the rooms they said they had problems an everything so they couldn’t give us the rooms so had to look for another place

Dirty, hairs hanging off of random objects in room, dirt everywhere. stains, no cable, no internet, left early because I had a no refund and it was not worth the hassle. NEVER staying here again.

My room was "non-smoking" but it was nasty and smelled like cigars. The carpet was wet so i walked around the room in crocs. TV and wifi were down during my stay along with no breakfast. I asked for a credit towards my bill, but the guy at the front desk i dont think understood me.

Place had no running water, dirty stained bathtub, peoples Pubic hair on the bathroom floor. No working Wifi just a rundown Hotel.

I didn’t like anything rooms smelled awful and everything was dirty

The room looked like a crime scene. I wish I could post pictures with this review. The TV and Internet did not work. You conduct your business through 6 x 10“ hole in a window from outside. You are definitely in the bad part of town.

Non smoking rooms smelled like smoke…upstairs outside floor in bed bad condition, restroom was very dirty.

Wasn’t even able to stay because they overbooked. Told I’d have to ask for a refund.

Didn't get to stay. Despite Hotels.com saying there were rooms left ... the hotel actually had a leak and did not let me check in. They hotel itself had at keast 10 windows broken out and looked bombed out. Probably for the best.

I paid for a room and did not get to stay the night. My stuff was in the room and I was not able to get the stuff out. I called the cops on the manger. The manger was not able to tell me where my stuff was. I need to know how I can get my money back and to get my stuff back.
