There were bugs

Not the best area but the hotel and staff were great.

This was a decent stay. The AC system wasn’t cooling well. It wasn’t hot, but not really cool. Breakfast was good. Whatever they use to clean the floors leaves footprints. I could see one person had been in the room before I arrived. A decent priced parking garage with around the corner. The hotel kept my suitcase for several hours after I checked out. I appreciated that. I’d stay there again… as long as the AC was working better and I could control the temp in my room.

The ac was broken and the attendant kept on lying to us that will come on. It was the hottest week…

No air conditioning or fan at all . Worst experience ever. I was told that there was some air conditioning but when I got to the room there was none not even the fan worked last night .

The room was very clean, small. Two inch gap between the doors to the rooms so you could hear the noise from the other rooms and the hall. The area is not the nicest. Price was very good

The worst stay I’ve had at a hotel. The elevator got stuck with me in it the first time I attempted to go to my room, then when I tried coming down the elevator the next morning it never came after 10 minutes of waiting. Room was very small, the bedding was cheap, and the room had several bugs in it. They placed me in the only room on the 13th floor and the ice machine in the hallway sounded like thunder throughout the night through the paper thin walls. Mentioned all these complaints to the hotel staff and asked to cancel my second night to move to a new spot. I was told that’s not allowed and they didn’t refund me a penny when I tried to cancel at noon on the first day of my stay. Ridiculous policy, the single staff member who worked the front desk acted more like an intern who had no real say in the matter. Just an upsetting stay all around.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and convenient location

This was a fantastic property, walking distance from the subway and surrounded by great food and culture. It was very well priced too!

This is barely worth staying in. Its not really a hotel in the traditional sense. Its more like a bunch of rooms. Rooms are very small.

This is a good place to stay but a little far from the JFK airport. Overall a nice place to stay

Perhaps this is just a case of you get what you pay for, but know that this hotel is just as sketchy as you'd think from the photos of the building The elevators weren't working when I arrived, but they hadn't bothered to put up a sign and were totally unmoved when I complained about this when I finally realized after several minutes that the elevators weren't moving

The people where nice. No breakfast included when it said it was. The area is terrible..we had to go to the 13th flr for ice.

I really liked my stay in Days Inn by Wyndham New York Chinatown. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, air conditioning working, the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast with good choices for every taste. Close to the subway station from where it is just 2 stops to Union Sq. Great food in restaurants and shops around the hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel
