Found item to smoke drugs with in room in front of fridge, cig ashs everywhere in a non smoking room, floors was extremely filthy. Bathroom was very dirty, everything was filthy. They did not want to make ANYTHING RIGHT. and, house keeping stole my BRAND NEW work boots !!!!! Do not recommend!!!!

Everything was okay with me. That is why I stay at this place every time I am in pigeon forge. It's convenient to me everywhere. I need to go

Ok, so.....I will never stay here again. You get what you pay for, especially here. Mismatched old furniture. Toilet seat broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower dripping. Outside areas littered with garbage. But, I was just in town for one night for a car show and figured I'd only be sleeping there, so big deal, right? Wrong. When I came back for the night to settle in and watch a little need to fall asleep, I couldn't. There was a brand new tv in the room, with plastic still on the screen (the old one was still there as well 🙄). That's fine it's a new tv....too new; no one has set it up and I either had to create an account to watch it, or just not watch. So, no tv. Com one that with people running and screaming until 2am, and I'm just done. Never again

Mold all in our room it was dirty furniture outside the rooms it was not clean at all

It was dirty, room not clean, no towels, no toilet paper, dirty towels on the floor, vagrants sleeping out side, trash on the walk way, completely disgusting.

Staff was friendly. Room wasn’t in good shape. Outlet covers missing, tv not mounted even though it had the place on the wall for it. Tub cracked and uneven.

The room was clean when we arrived.Our room had a bulb burned out, the t.v. went out & the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. 8 yr. old granddaughter tried to close it & the hinges came out of the wall. They did come and took care of all of the issues. The place could use an update . The stairwells & ramps could use pressure washing.

Bathtub was dirty. Mold builtup in bathtub safety bar. Just overall not a clean room. We left a day early because of it.

Rooms were very dirty. Toilet in one bathroom didn't work. Spiders were everywhere. Had to go buy spray to kill them.oy 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms and the room was a suite that slept 10 people and there were 8 of us. It was a good location and easy to get in and out if

The room floors were very dirty, the bathtub was even worse, I had to rinse it before giving my kids a shower, dead bugs under the beds, garbage outside on the walkways….. pretty disgusting place….. no front desk phone

Room was in bad condition- items missing including chairs and wastebins. We found mold on the bathroom ceiling. Also we were told after we got there that it was a "grab and go" breakfast which is granola bars and coffee. We ended up going to Waffle House across the street.

They did not have continental breakfast as stated on their advertisement. They only provided pop tarts and coffee. Hotel room was clean and comfy. It wasn't a 5 star hotel but was liveable for a couple nights stay. Staff was nice.

We had a hard time finding a parking. Cleanliness is below average. Good & supportive staff. One of the rooms was very dirty. We showed the condition to the staff & they agreed to change it.

There were ants on the floor only enough towel fo 1 person never chanded towels only one trash can lovely refer and microwave beds good noisy dur to jeep invasion doors, walls and floor need serious update

Refrigerator leaked awful so couldn’t use and water everywhere. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets had holes and stains. The bed springs were very loud and woke us up. The toilet paper holder was broken so no sanitary place to store. The bathroom floor and shower was dirty. No housekeeping so did not have clean towels the second night
