Arrived a few minutes earlier and thought I could relax and read a book in the lobby. The picture of it was very nice. But, doors were locked and when the employee opened them, the lobby was not welcoming. I asked for a non smoking room and the employee said “non” available; but miraculously one was available when I was charged for an upgrade in cash. Won’t be staying here. This hotel does a disservice to the name.

Its dirty , the bed bathroom everything. the price is too high.

Door safety lock was loose and screws come off. Room was not cleaned properly, trimmed hair and toothpaste was found in the sink. Bathroom light is very dull. Shower head was not fitted correct.

To start I didn’t want a smoker room. Had to get my key from an outside window. Things were broken in the room like the toilet paper dispenser. The smoke detector was missing in the room. The heater wasn’t working either, and the toilet was hard to flush.

Room was VERY clean! Beds were comfy, and location was convenient to lots of places to eat. Nice & quiet, yet only a block or two from highway!

When i booked the room i didnt know it was a smoking room so i asked to move us to a non smoking room they charged in extra $29. When we got to the room it was a room not marked as non smoking, it smelled like smoke, and it had an ashtray in the room like a smoking room. When called front desk she said the ashtray is in every room but we stayed there before and it didnt have an ashtray in the non smoking room. The next morming i complained and they refused to acknowledge that it was a smoking room even though i showed them on the door the rooms that indicate non smoking had a sign and our did not. Never stay there again.

Door had visible daylight over 1/2 inch on tope and 1/4 inch on the bottom - we killed 4 roaches and 4 flying insects. Door had no secondary security lock - it had been broken off.. Bathroom light irritating due to flickering. Went to the front desk for coffee packets they had none. Promised to bring coffee to the room - they didn't. Hair dryer didn't work - old rusty and crusty - manager seemed to think we didn't know how to operate the dryer. Toilet seat was very loose. Room had a bed and 2 straight back chairs-not very comfortable. "Frost Bank Center" sounds nice but is a very sketchy part of town. Our grand children live about 5 miles from this hotel we will plan to see them 3-5 times a year BUT will never stay at this hotel again.

Tub was very dirty, my wife a r roach under the tv table also:in the morning a lady came knock on the door at 10:40 to let us know in was time to check out , when we make a reservation we always look at that ,we knew check out time was at 11:00 am,

Only saw one roach upon walking in the room (thankfully). We were a little jarred by the large NO PETS sign in the lobby. The ac wasn’t great, the bed was minimally comfortable, the shower head was too low, and the water pressure was lax. The cable options were good, the decor and room colors pleasing, and the sink area was pretty nice… but I’m still waiting on the hot water from the sink. Anyway, overall it’s about as much as you can expect for a hotel room these days that’s slightly less than $90 with tax… but would I stay there again? Probably not.

Not wheelchair accessible. Restroom was dirty with stains on wall and in shower. Toilet had altered broken seat that pinched when I sat down to use it. TV was outdated and had a lot of channels with no signal. Pillows had stains and floor looked dirty like it doesn’t get mopped. Not worth the price.

Wants to charge us money to move us from smoking to non smoking

The older male employee was so rude, we needed the tv fixed he came in with no regards for our stuff knocked over my kids snacks and didn’t even care just let them spill all over the floor without a sorry. Our towels smelled funky I can’t describe the smell I literally had to hold my breath to dry my face, the toilet was broken I had to fix it myself because I didn’t want the rude employee to come back into our room. It said free breakfast then when we went for breakfast there wasn’t any breakfast at all that was a total lie on the website they didn’t serve anything. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels before, being low on cash and they were still better than this one, definitely the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. I’ve never stayed at the Days Inn before I wanted to give it a try it looked nice on the website and I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Pachella- the overnight lady on may 12,2018 was horrible service she over charged me and made me pay a deposit after several times of me staying there without a deposit

Good hotel

I would never stay again. Wished I would have looked at the pictures and reviews better. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. The shower head was installed for short people. My husband was taller than the shower head. Towels were dingy. Was worried about my car.
