The service was excellent.

I have traveled this entire Country on business for over 10 years with 3 different cities each month. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, and this is by far the worst I have been to. Absolutely no room service, no trash emptying, no clean towels, soda machines do not work, place is filthly, doors broken, Management that does not care about anything, and the place is for sale, with the help that does not speak english.

We had a canceled flight. The room was adequate. The floor around the bed was dirty. The price was decent for the accommodations we received.

Room was clean and comfortable.

They need to upgrade the furniture, the bed everything make noise floor is dirty. The wall is dirty. The bathroom is dirty. The shower doesn’t work.

I would not stay here again. The room smelled of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and the sheets had a smell of urine.

There were many bugs in the room, so we went to the front desk. They promised a refund, and we left the hotel. However, they lied and later said the refund was not possible. When we called the hotel again, they got angry and told us to contact Expedia. We contacted Expedia, but they simply said the refund is not possible and closed the case. When we tried calling the hotel again, they blocked our number.

It was a hot hot day and our a/c froze solid in our room... Their solution was to turn it off and let it defrost and not move us. The room got to be extremely HOT Needs to be updated for the price to stay

This is the definition of a murder hotel. Please, steer clear of ever staying here. It is so filthy, the floors are grimy, and the sheets are nasty. I had a non-smoking room, but it reeked of cigarettes and you could tell that there were cigarette smoke in the AC unit. It was just blowing on me all night long. I checked in at midnight and immediately went to book another hotel because I didn’t even wanna sleep there for five hours.

The surrounding area was nice and close to a lot of stores and dining. Our room wasn’t cleaned very well. It wasn’t disgusting but definitely could have been cleaned better. Found strings of hair and grit on the floor dust. The mini fridge was dirty and unplugged. I’m assuming they were trying to save on electricity because the lobby had no AC and neither did the area where the vending machines ice and one tiny microwave. We also thought it included breakfast

CComing from Africa and visiting the great city of brotherly love, I was shocked to the core to have booked a place that was deceptively posted with all the trimmings of a clean and decent place, only to get there and found out it was a “FLEABAG.” It reeked of cheap tobacco, soiled dingy beddings, unsanitized towels, antiquated worn furnishings, archaic television with grainy outdated channels, to name a few. Damn!! This was my worst experience in booking. I paid for two nights, but could only endure 6 hours. This place is nothing short of abject filth!

We stayed at this hotel for a track meet in Philly. The electricity went out around 6pm because of a storm and was out the ENTIRE night. It was 90 outside and our room was hot and dark. There were people fighting in a room near us that night. The police had to come to the hotel. It was the worst stay ever. And the hotel didn’t offer any type of communication, compensation, or refund.

It sucked. The power went off at 7 pm and was off all night. I want a refund.
