One if the best!

Staff was so pleasant.

Its always a toss up if you'll get good pillows and bed. I didn't have any problems sleeping. Ive stayed here a few times over the years, i like the remodel. Convenient for walking.

It’s nice for $100 night.

First room was uninhabitable due to an AC leak. Second room was fine. Service at the desk was quite nice. Tub drain was full of long, black hair that certainly did not belong to my family, but the tub itself and the bathroom was clean. Smoke alarm batteries were dying so alarm woke us in the middle of the night. My husband disconnected the unit so that we could sleep. We did report the need for new batteries the next morning. Location of the hotel was very good and free parking was appreciated. Overall, the hotel was a good value.

Close to everything

Cockroach infested rooms. Killed multiple cockroaches on multiple days in my room and killed a cockroach on my daughters pillow of the last day we were there. Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there on my phone, my daughter‘s iPad or my laptop, but those devices worked upfront in the lobby and the front desk told me that the issue is my devices and not there Wi-Fi. So it was pretty frustrating that they wouldn’t address my issue and told me they could do nothing about it because the problem is mine.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room the entire six days I was there and when I told the front desk, they told me that it’s an issue on my end and not theirs, even though my phone and my daughter‘s iPad, both worked in the lobby, but neither one worked in my room and my laptop wouldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in my room either. I’m an IT I’m a programmer and I know how these things are supposed to work and the front desk lady made me seem like I was the idiot and the problem. I asked her to reach out to whoever to fix the problem and she told me she couldn’t and there was nothing else she can do. And funny thing is it’s free. Wi-Fi is the first thing listed on the sign out front of the property, too. Also, I must’ve killed 10 cockroaches in the six days. And on the last day I killed two on the floor in the morning and one of my daughters pillow.

Our room was not clean. We encountered one plametto bug and then two and more and more. Had to close all drains and plug all overflows. It was too late to switch rooms. The floor was soo dirty we couldnt take off our shoes until i personally wiped the floor. Dennys in the hotel also had worst service ever. I did explain to the front desk that this happened late at night but did present photos. Was told the manager would call but no one has. Would never stay here again.
