Bed was very comfy. Hotel is run down (chipping paint, a lot bleach stains on rug in room 324, elevator’s numbers do not light up) and Cross Keys has recently upgraded many of its shops and restaurants. It is quite time for Marriott to improve the hotel in this upscale venue/neighborhood. I hope plans are in the works, Marriott!

I wish I had know the gym facilites were 24 hours.

I was eaten up by bed bugs. Please be aware. Delta has not given me a refund as promised.

it was nice…the area is wonderful the hotel is dated rooms needs to be rehabbed or at least new carpet installed.

The property is in a good location and the staff was pleasant. It is a very dated building. Dirty carpet, gaps in door frame. Needs a complete renovation.

From the moment I entered the hotel, my welcome was with a smile and I received great customer service. My room was very clean. Thank you for this hotel that met all of my needs, especially as my visit was for a Memorial service. All staff were courteous.

I call it a boutique hotel because it has independent shops and restaurants around a courtyard. Our room was spacious, clean and the hotel offered a complimentary cooked breakfast in the morning. The desk attendants were professional and very helpful. Cylburn Arboretum is close by and wonderful place to walk around if you have some time to stroll. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in north Baltimore.

Everything was smooth start to finish. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, clean, affordable, and easy parking. Very pleasant experience all the way around.

I got bed bug bites from my recent stay at the hotel. The bed was not comfortable. The shower was not great either; water pressure was non-existent; towels were rough. Not many other hotels in this area which I need to stay, so this was the default place for me to stay. Cross Keys is wonderful, but the hotel needs to step up its game to match the level and quality of the rest of this village area.

Nice hotel and good location just north of the city. Good free breakfast. Room clean and modern. Shower did not drain water. Room next to washing machines and ice machine so very loud overnight. Easy parking and check in/out.

Good stay overall! The reception desk staff were kind and helpful. The elevators definitely need updating, but they still work. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small and the shower/tub definitely needs updating. There were a few stains on the shower curtain, but the tub was clean otherwise. Air conditioning worked well, so no issues there. Cool little shopping center with some nice restaurants right there so that was convenient. We especially liked the ice cream shop for a yummy treat before ending the night.

The hotel and rooms are very large and everything was clean if not a little older. There was a strong smell of pot in the hallway to our room but the room was clear from odor. I wish there was a double lock on the door between the rooms for more security.

This hotel was very nice. I'd definitely stay again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the water didn't drain well in the tub during my shower, and none of the mirrors had adequate lighting.

Stayed here multiple times and it’s been consistently good.

It is a lovely hotel. My partner works at Pimlico and the proximity to the track cannot be beat. Lots of dining options just outside the hotel doors. The beautiful room was wonderful break from sleeping in the jockeys room!

Keith at the front desk was awesome and helpful. Spacious layout in the lobby. Spacious and comfortable rooms.
