Terrible service at front desk. I have to give review the worst. Although room service staff were good. But front desk terrible. When we checked in, there were some disputes concering the room type and if possible to add additional bed. But the staff were very rude and force us to accept what it is.Even mocking to another staff suggesting it's great, they better cancel the booking now because we can rent the room to others. I have to say, this is the worst experience I ever faced and this hotel will never be considered again.

Location is really good, close to time square and 42nd street subway station, and there are restaurants nearby the corner. The room is spacious and nice to stay (though the whole room is a little dim without a main lamp). The receptionists are polite and kind to answer questions, and they also help keeping luggage after check out. Water fountain at every floor, it is good to bring you own bottle for filling water. However, as there are 32 floors, and only 2 elevators, it will take a while to wait for getting up and down the floors (around 9-11am, 4-6pm).

The noises from adjacent rooms were too loud and clearly audible.

Garbage are on the side of front entrance of the hotel when we came , its stinks. Staff are friendly and good service.

Rude and unhelpful staff, noisy rooms (you can even hear plumbing from above), and a poor view of a parking lot up to the 15th floor. While lower floors were available, check-in for a higher floor was delayed past 3 pm with no clear timeline. Days after checkout I was hit with an undisclosed $98 “destination tax” that was never mentioned. Overall, a very unpleasant stay — avoid this property.

Catastrophique. Un check-in avec 3 heures de retard!!! Les chambres n’étaient pas prêtes et ça n’a pas dérangé l’hôtel de nous faire attendre jusqu’à 18h pour nous donner les chambres. De plus, ils ont proposé de nous rétrocéder 50$ par chambre pour le désagrément. Mais nous n’avons au final, rien reçu. Les chambres sont petites, pas très propres. Du mobilier très abîmés. Une climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Le lit était une cuvette. Un 4 étoiles, qui en vaut bien un 2 étoiles. Seul le prix est celui du 4 étoiles. Tout le reste est vraiment catastrophique. Nous avons fait plusieurs hôtels a NYC durant le même séjour, et cet hôtel est à éviter.

Banheiro sem Box nem cortina para tomar banho molhando todo o banheiro. O tamanho do quarto é bom, a região do hotel é ruim pois tem muitos indigentes no entorno causando uma sensação de perigo

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable, très propre, très bien placé a 5mn de Times Square. Service de bagagerie super. Si je devais faire un petit reproche, nous n avons jamais réussi a ce qu on nous fournisse la fameuse carte pour avoir un café gratuit le matin et des réductions sur des activités.

It was overall a decent hotel Location was good a couple blocks from Times Square but parking garage was a bit of annoyance but that’s everywhere near Times Square. The bathroom sink drain was slow Other Than that everything else was clean Restaurant breakfast was good as well and convenient!
