A great stay.
The chap who checked us in was great, upgraded us for free, had some tips and answered all of our questions.
Beautifully clean room with great amenities, and well maintained.
It’s in a great location and quiet even though it’s on the main road.
Would stay again.

The owner and I had a long conversation about the area and the property. The rooms are comfortable and clean but somewhat dated. The owner is gradually updating the rooms. The property is in a safe area and very conveniently located near some really good restaurants, etc. It is a short drive to downtown Sedona so you can easily visit and take in the sights without being in the middle of a lot of activity when you're ready to rest.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Desert Quail Inn. The rooms are a good size, and the location was great! My only slight disappointment was that the bed was a little too hard for me, but that's a personal preference.

My stay here was good, but they didn't include that you have to put down 100 dollars for a deposit on the room. The room was clean and the area around was amazing to look at.

I felt that the room was older and dirtier than I expected. In particular, the sofa was so dirty that I couldn’t sit on it. The loud noise from the air conditioner also made it hard to sleep, which was another downside.

Excellent location walkable to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and very clean. The pool and the hot tub are added bonus and perfect place to relax after a long hike to the rocks.
