First room was so humid we had to switch to a second room, in the 2nd room no matter what we did we couldn't not get the temperature above 67°. Pool is way we too cold to use and the hot tub was broken and removed. Noon of this was mentioned on there site.

And that's a good thing! The fact that they had a laundry bag, an actual closet with hangers, a safe, a fridge, a hairdryer, hair and body products available, AND curtains that close completely and were not just for decoration were incredible. It really felt like a timecapsule of a hotel from the mid-2000s or before were a hotel looked, felt, and operated like your temporary home. And the sheets weren't the polyester nightmare that so many other hotels insist on! I was able to temperature regulate instead of slowly steaming my skin all night. Fantastic staff, fantastic stay, highly, highly recommend!

During my stay the remote control for the TV was not functioning properly. I asked for this to be fixed twice, and it was never addressed.

Clean and cozy!

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the noise from the pool but other than that, this place is very nice and so comfy!

Water pressure almost non-existent. Also, had to fix toilet (chain broken between handle and flapper.) to fill up under ten minutes. Got lost looking for room, needed a map. AC would not go lower than 72, we set at 65. Door to hallway would not function without forcing it. No microwave, needed tutorial for TV service. Will not recommend this property to family & friends.

Need towel racks in bathrooms and better water pressure.

Ovdrall

Our sheets on our bed and our pillowcases all felt damp and wet when we got in bed, and on the ceiling/wall by the vent looked like mold. Other than that, it was a great hotel and cleanly.

Overall good. Nice people

There were baseball teams there so its to be expected a little. But we were sitting outside the pool area and the boys were throwing footballs from 2nd floor and kept hitting us. We asked them to stop but seem to get worse. The front desk DID talk to them 1 time but it never stopped.

Pool heater broken so pool was cold. Bathroom door handle was broken so if we shut door all the way it would lock us in bathroom and needed to have another person let us out. We stayed 3 days, housekeeping never came entire time to clean room. Large traveling group checked in last night we were there and stayed near pool area being extremely loud, front desk would not ask them to keep it down until the 10 pm “queit time”. Lastly, no breakfast buffet and costs are higher than a waffle house, so go there instead. Overall only reason we picked this hotel was for pool, won’t be coming back. I will add that all staff interactions were positive and nice.

Great room. Beds are perfect. Room was clean and functional.

No free breakfast; but was clean.

Better than it looks

Bed was extra soft so not used to that.

Everything was great except for being charged for what we thought was a free continental breakfast. We were never told it was not free . I feel like that should have been made clear from the start. And no complimentary coffee n the Lobby was also disappointing.
