圣地亚哥米申谷希尔顿逸林酒店

很不好的體驗，我們三個人入住了三個房間，當到其中一間房間發現地毯上很多血跡，到櫃檯要求換房，接待櫃檯態度很差的在很多客人面前大聲的指責我不能私下換房間，只能依他安排的房間入住🤔，這讓我很納悶且很不舒服，但我的重點是有血跡地毯住起來會很不舒服，需要換房間，而不是來聽你對我的指責而且是很大聲語氣很差的，感覺真的很差😨，我不敢說客戶至上，但是起碼讓我覺得很不被尊重，當下讓我覺得我選擇這間飯店入住是錯的，這樣的四星酒店讓人覺得不值得。 剛進到更換的房間，脫下鞋走到廁所們口地毯襪子都濕了，發現地毯淹水了，床邊地毯也淹水淹一大半，想說很晚了先睡覺再說，結果整晚上也無法睡，一直有水聲，冒泡聲，滴水聲，結果廁所牆壁漏水，早上起來整個廁所淹水了，這間飯店的品質…..

Todo muy bien , la zona excelente para compras y comida todo muy céntrico incluso para parques de diversiones en San Diego , el detalle fue al llegar el servicio en recepción , todo lo demás muy bien

Everything was good

Everything was an additional cost. No coffee in the morning. Then went to buy coffee and the espresso machine wasn't working. Couldn't get items delivered to my room so I had to wander around the hotel to get items from various places. Then balcony door was awful. Couldn't get it closed after it was opened. Super noisy when balcony door open from all of the freeways close by. Parking was expensive for not even being their for 24 hours.

Great hotel good facility, close to shopping malls and resturants. Overall a very central location to oldctown, beaches and trolly line.

1. I didn't realize there wasn't a fridge in my room until I arrived with snacks that needed to be refrigerated. Also there wasnt one available for me to "rent" 2. The room smelled a little musty. 3. The tub's drain was really slow and I found myself standing in water every morning. my stay was for 4 nights, I was attending a conference. The staff was very friendly. Maintenance person who came to my room for a toilet issue was quick and professional. Being across the street from the Trolly was great, very convenient. The pool was very clean and my time there was relaxing.

Ubicación excelente , limpieza y ambientación . El único detalle que podría mejorar es que hubiera servicio de alimentos a la habitación .

Mainly that its very clean I usually stay at Embassy to get free breakfast

Parking was confusing. Designated parking not as clear. Staff at night is not as friendly as in the morning. Overall it was ok.

Not even 2mins in the room and the AC vent pops off startling us. Sink didnt drain, and Shower gets flooded. Yes, I checked the clogger setting and both still had issues. I reported the issue and the “fix” was to just not move the clogger. It didnt drain once again. Shower drains extremely slow and floods very easily. The room was nice and all but the drainage issue and how it was handled, made me rate my experience a 3 star.

El hotel está muy descuidado, sobre todo el cuarto y los pasillos para llegar a los cuartos. Mi habitación tenia la alfombra mojada por alguna fuga supongo, la cortina rota

I would never book from your site anymore. I lost my money, I was scammed. When I choose the date while booking you booked me to the different date. I was left on the street with my family, and nobody helped me to resolve this problem. You guys are Scammers!!!

Just didn’t have a pleasant experience there.

The property is nice but it is outdated. The lobby is nice but rooms need to be updated.
