DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa Downtown

I only come for the hot tub. The hot tub was not working. I called before to make sure, and the front desk assured it was. Wasted my money and time when I could’ve come another day when it was working properly.

Many things in the room has issues - face plate on the shower nozzle broken, water came out dirty. Didn’t have enough towels then the ones from the front desk has stains, one of the duvets on the beds has brown stains like spray tan or something. Less than impressed

The staff was very nice and helpful when they didn't have a single room available they upgraded me to a suite! I can't exactly remember the front desk ladies name I think it was Lashanda but I can't fully recall. The cleaning staff didn't come and clean my room everyday, 2 days out of my stay my beds were made but no trash was taken out. Outside there were homeless people peeing on the side of the building as you walk in the front door.

Great place to stay. I continue to stay here when I visit Tulsa.

We went to check into this property. Advised to the front desk that we would like to stay at another site as this one is not up to par. we called another double tree only 10 mins down the road and they would not match our pricing so we lost the entire amount of the room due to not being able to check in for the lack of cleanliness.

Very friendly check in and lovely view from my room.

My stay was excellent as usual

I felt the property was not adequately marked regarding elevators, parking area. There are no luggage carts to transport luggage from parking garage to your room. It was as a struggle getting luggage to room and then back to car with no carts. No downtown restaurants around hotel.

Suite and view were awesome

It was ok. Food wasn’t too bad. Had a weird smell in hallways though

All is good so far, checking was easy, great food in lobby restaurant..

The staff at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful during my stay. I had an exhausting day of flights delaying and cancelling. I felt safe and sound at this property!

The hotel was fine but the staff member that checked me in was very rude and gave me a lecture on the fact that I booked through Expedia and not the hotel directly and how you should “never pay the middle man” it was extremely off-putting.

The property was clean and kept well but we kept finding we needed something that should have been there. Like trash cans at the tables where we ate dinner. It's a living room/dining room type set up and it was lovely but no trash cans... We booked a river view room and one was not available. The city view was nice though. I also can't understand why coffee is free overnight but come 6 am you must pay $3.81 for a little cup of coffee. Just baffling for such a nice hotel. It was almost great.

In my reserved room found a live bed bug and got reroomed with free complimentary breakfast and they comped my garage fee. So overall the stay was Nice minus the bedbug.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. First time in Tulsa! It is so beautiful and conveniently located near almost everything. 10 out of 10 stay. If I ever make my way back here, this is the hotel for me.
