Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pools were great, they were big enough for a lot of people. We had a great time in Scottsdale!!!

Had to ask four times to get towels, staff unwilling to help. The beams in the ceiling were nice.

Sprawling resort in the heart of Scottsdale. Near famous fashion square Mall, all of Scottsdale's great restaurants, golf and shopping. Two pools and all the rooms are on only two floors so no long walk ups. I've been here a few times and it's always lively, if you are near a pool then it's pretty loud until the pool closes, if you aren't near the pool it's pretty peaceful. This is also a popular place for conferences so it can be really busy. I've enjoyed meeting people and the generally happy atmosphere. The pools and common areas can be busy and parking is tight. Rooms are big and I think they all have balconies or patios which is really nice

The location, staff and rooms of the Doubletree were outstanding. The only issue I had is the shower desperately needs to be updated. Other than that, everything was great!

We enjoyed the property and amenities. The pool was nice, but the pool bar seemed to not have regular open times. Our room smelled of either urine or something spilled and dried on the worn-out carpet. The rooms just felt like they needed a good, thorough cleaning

The grounds at the hotel were unkept.The trees dropped a lot of leaves and it was never cleaned up.The ice machine close to our room was gone so we had to go a distance for ice The parking was terrible We could not find a parking space near our room The room was spacious and I loved the walk in shower.The grounds were the worst part.

From check in to check out, everything was great.

Well taken care of property with amazing pools. Room was clean updated and patio was a bonus to enjoy the cooler nights. Ac worked like a dream as well.
