The front desk lady, Paula, is very nice and welcoming. Very helpful. Didnt like the housekeepers making so much noise 7am or before.

The breakfast was not very good. I didn’t really expect it to be since Indians own the hotel! But the room and the facilities were very clean. The bed was semi comfortable. Overall it was a great value!

Bathroom door didn't shut hotel was dingy and dirty. They had fresh paint that was likely just a cover up.

Needed a hotel while traveling, chose this property due to the reviews. Easy access to highway, renovated room and bathroom. Deluxe room was spacious. Would recommend if in the area

Been staying here on and off for 5 years while travelling for vacation, just a great place to get some shut eye.

Once you get in the room, it’s ok! The room itself is fine. My AC unit dripped and someone put a bowl underneath to catch the drips, but for one night, that was ok. The shower handle popped off, but no big deal, I just put it back on and it worked fine. Overall, for the price, this place was fine. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean. For the price, it was ok.

We have stayed here several times when whitewater rafting. The renovations are beautiful and we will definitely stay again.

Updated nicely and very clean

Room was very nicely updated and clean and SMELLED clean. Sheets were clean. Loved the laminate floors instead of carpet. Beds are higher off ground. Pillows were nice-not just flour sacks like some. Beds may be difficult for someone with limited accessibility. Loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was minimal at best-closes at 9. Male desk clerk shut off all heated equipment at 8:30. The waffle batter had clearly been watered down to stretch it, making the waffles more like crackers. The biscuits were flavorless-even for a frozen biscuit product. Gravy had no flavor. We tried it and dumped it as did two other couples. Cereal was the only other option besides toast. Thankfully Cracker Barrel is next door and The Fort Restaurant is close as well. Night time clerk on 7/18 was wonderfully pleasant and gave us great recommendations for dinner last night. For being so close to the highway-we heard nothing. But the climate control sounds like it’s flushing water every 15 minutes and the people in the room next to us had VERY loud phone conversations that we could hear clear as a bell through the walls. We were on our back home from Florida and needed a place to rest our heads without breaking the bank. Oh-and TRY WITTS FROZEN CUSTARD!!!!

They need to up their breakfast game. Its rather blah and not enough choices. Not everyone eats biscuits and gravy and eggs. We need fruit, yogurt, pastries. Other than that, clean comfortable rooms and quiet surroundings.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I was surprised by the state of the rooms since my previous stay in October 2024. To be honest, one room had a musty odor that may have been caused by the air conditioner not running while the room was empty. The room I stayed in had yellow streaks on it and the blanket had a big liquid stain that the staff quickly complied in providing me new sheets and a blanket. The blanket they provided was clean but had a cigarette burn in it. We kept it. The room also had plaster around places where there had been previous damage. Though the shower was wonderful, the bed comfortable, and the staff willing to help, it is unlikely my wife and I will return to the hotel.

The room was extremely clean, not even a speck on the floors, and you could tell that it had been renovated. It looks like they really try to keep the property up-to-date.
