Nice hotel. Wasn’t too big so where you’ll get lost finding your way around. Very convenient location right behind the Fremont. Not right on the Fremont Experience so the rooms were decently quiet at night but still very close where where you can just walk to everything!

The front desk service attitude is very good, and the price is very favorable. Although the travel fee is not reasonable, the price is reasonable in general. However, the cleanliness is not good. The towels are not usable at all. They are black. It is recommended to rinse the towels with bleach. This is why I gave 4 stars. Except for the unqualified cleaning, it is generally good.

Elevator access with room key was miserable. All guests experiencing the same issue. We stayed on the 6th floor. Hallway appeared to have no AC. Room was very nice. Pool side. There's no avoiding the band noise from Freemont. But the most annoying issue is the floor isn't screwed down tight and creeks while people are moving around. Everywhere we walked through hotel and worst was unit above our room.

We made reservations over 4 months ago and were not granted the King Deluxe we reserved because they gave away our room. I overheard several other guests saying the same thing. Also, room 2133 has NO hot water to shower or bath with! Probably won’t be back.

We liked the pool area, served was excellent.
Casino was clean and well kept. Would have liked different slot options, all were similarly themed. We liked the proximity to Fremont St.
