The hotel staff provided excellent service, but the rooms were disappointingly small with very basic amenities. The most significant drawback was the poor sound insulation. Street noise at night, combined with noisy air conditioning, made it difficult to sleep.

There was a smell in the hallway. It was dinky. Very narrow. The room was sort of clean. No amenities. They did provide us with a charger. The price was too high for the value.

This hotel is very close to MSG, so it is at least conveniently located. It was fine in a pinch. The room was much smaller than I expected. The floors could stand to be cleaner. The bed and pillows were surprisingly great.

The room was very clean - staff got us checked in quickly and we're friendly. The life is tiny and barely fit two of us in with a suitcase and because we were up on the 4th floor it was absolutely roasting hot in our room but thankfully there was an AC unit. The bed was comfy and the toiletries provided were great. There was not storage space however so it was a big of an organised chaos in there and there was no window which was a massive shame for natural light and view. However overall for a 4 night stay the location and price of the hotel was great, you just get what you pay for.

It was perfect for a last-minute trip into the city - inexpensive, good location, clean with nice staff. A good no- frills home base.

Room was very laid out well, bathroom was nice as well, staff was very friendly and funny, and helpful as well. Very great stay for NYC and would recommend to anyone who’s going to stay in NYC anytime.

Very well located, nice and convenient access to all major streets and to port authority. The room was really cool and clean, nice to have coffee maker and small fridge. The personnel were really friendly and professional

The location if the property was great. Walking distance from Madison Square Garden and Bryant Park. The building was on the older side and the rooms small, but definitely functional and good for a overnight stay.

This was a great option for the price. Location is convenient and it WAS clean. Our room was small and basically windowless, which was fine for a one night stay. Given the scaffolding on the street it was easy to miss the entrance.

It was perfect for my trip with my daughter, can’t get a better location within walking distance to most things we wanted to do, will definitely be my go to whenever I’m in NY again

Walkable and near subway station . Friendly staff . Small room , good for those who wants to have a place to rest at night .

Small but centrally located

Location is amazing - so close to so many things. Tiny is an understatement. Totally worth it if you're not someone who wants to hang out in the hotel.

Very cramped, the room was very outdated and tv barely worked. The building just looks sketchy compared with other hotels. If you just need a quick stay at a buck, this is it.

The hotel was centrally located with great connections to the transit system.

Food options was amazing just right downstairs from the hotel, the only bad thing was the elevator was the size of a broom closet, could barely fit three people.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral am Times Square und man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Allerdings würde ich sie nicht als Hotel bezeichnen, sondern eher als Herberge. Alles ist sehr eng und klein. Der Aufzug ist Mega klein und es gehen maximal zwei Personen mit Gepäck rein. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Schrank oder Regale, wir mussten quasi aus dem Koffer leben. Kleine Fenster zum Öffnen gab es, aber zum Lüften war es völlig ungeeignet, da sie zum Hinterhof gingen und dort sehr schlechte Luft war. Ab und zu traf man auf merkwürdige Zimmernachbarn. Die Klima war unerträglich laut. Das Personal war nett und die Zimmer wurden gründlich gereinigt. Alles in allem würde ich das nächste Mal etwas mehr ausgeben und mir ein vernünftiges Hotel suchen.
